Sketch Challenge 270
Keywords: SC270 No spaces between letters and numbers, put a comma followed by a space between keywords. The keywords are all you need to have your card show up in the challenge gallery, having it in the keyword line covers more searches. Posting to this thread is not mandatory to play!
*****************************
What is the Sketch Challenge in Andreas words from SC08 (Andrea is the founder of the challenge): "You take the sketch I provided and use any stamp set, any accessory, and any kind of paper to make a card. So all of the cards have the same basic layout, but they all look very different."
-It is fine to flip the sketch, change panel sizes, shapes, card size and border as you wish (unless stated in the write up for the week), a little tweaking is fine but lets see those main elements of the posted layout please.
(The numbers and colors are requested from players so it's easier to read the layout, it means nothing towards colors used or number of borders when creating your project.)
Master Thread Find 'What is the Challenge', email notification, uploading and linking directions, files and links of past challenges and more.
SCSketches Gallery (Layouts starting at SC01 to the present week.)
*************************
This Week:
Id like to send a special THANK YOU to all the ladies that have filled in as hostess the last couple months. Everyone did a very nice job!
Sorry about the delay this week but SCS was down for a little while. I do plan to post around 11:00 Eastern in the future.
We had baby shower at my house this weekend so I took an easy way out and used a layout I already had drawn up and I hope you enjoy it.
The #2 panels will give you a chance to use up some scrap like I did with the white used on my example in this post.
Thank you to these two ladies for making up an example for us this week.

Rox71 my old card - some measurements in the description
Gallery Submissions
You can find measurements in my card description linked above and in post #2. Open the link and they will be at the top of the description.
OR
The attachment will print out to actual size of an A2 card for most computers. A2 is 4.25 x 5.5 inches.
The numbers and colors are requested from players so it's easier to read the layout, it means nothing towards colors used or number of borders when creating your project.
Printing directions are in the Master Thread linked above.

Sorry about closing you all out of the thread. I must have done it when I unsubscribed...I do that so my email doesn't fill up.
Thanks Heather for letting me know I closed it!
Now you can post your card if you'd like! ;)

Thanks Kathy, it was a nice break from hunting for the layout, making a card and watching the thread every week but it's good to be back!

Well, this was an interesting sketch. I wasn't sure how well it would work, but I like it.

I will have to give this a try in the morning. I had a bunch of energy 2 minutes ago, and now suddenly I am tired! I haven't stamped, or done a challenge in ages! I need to make a baby shower card for my hubby's cousin who just adopted a baby. This would be the perfect sketch for it. Ideas are already brewing! Be back in the morning! Thanks for the challenge Roxie!

I drew my background instead of using scraps, but having peeked at your daisy card, I'll have to try to find time for another card using papers.
Thanks for the perfect sketch for what I wanted to make today .
