My daughter (blue slice) and I (pink slice) both had to put in a ticket on Sunday. She was emailed to return her Slice so they can either fix or replace it. Her's just simply wouldn't turn on. Even after having it plugged in, and leaving it plugged in over night.

I was given instructions to try out and see if that will take care of my problem. So far it has, but only tested 3 cuts. Mine was going around as if it was cutting, but the blade was not dropping down and making contact with the paper. They said if the blade was lose it will not drop down. It seemed tight, but I loosened it and re-tightened it up. Hopefully that will take care of mine.

They got back to both of us by Monday, don't even think it was 24 hours. I'll post how it all turns out. I really don't mind so much the inconvenience when they have such good customer support and fast response.
