MMTPT79 - YA THINK HE'S TOO LITTLE? HE'S STUCK IN THE MIDDLE!
WELCOME TO TEAPOT TUESDAY AND CHALLENGE #79
YA THINK HE'S TOO LITTLE? HE'S STUCK IN THE MIDDLE!
Note: Anyone is welcome to play! Also, you do not have to write a story. You just have to be inspired by the teapot or by the story about this week's location! Have fun!
This is my story!
1. Welcome to Teapot Tuesday #79! Whew! Do you guys remember when we went to California and brought all of our California Cow wannabe's to try out. And you know Alicia won right? Yah, that's right, my cow won! You might *think* your cow won but I am here to tell you that MY cow won! Yep, Alicia won! Okay, so I know what you're gonna say. You're gonna say, so what's your point?
2. Well, since Alicia has been a California cow, she has become extremely successful, dinner at the White House, sold out How to be Successful lectures, appearances on Ophra, Larry King, and Jay Leno, a new book contract for the story of her life, and she is even negotiating for the SuperBowl half time gig! Her brother Curt misses her so! It's no surprise that the only way he can see her is to travel to California. He is in awe of her new life style and he's having the time of his life! The highlight of his visit has been meeting Morty the Magnificent, a Hollywood Stunt Cow! He's highly paid ($42,000 a stunt!), he's extremely successful and in huge demand! He's a little worried about keeping up with his schedule so he's decided to take Curt under his wing and show him the ropes! He thinks Curt will be a fine, up and coming, Hollywood Stunt Cow and maybe take a little load off!
3. Well Curt, that squirt, thinks he's all that! He's getting way too over confident. He's jumping through barns on fire, doing flips off hay stacks, and hanging with the PBR bulls in the stock yard just to learn *the attitude*! He's decided he's ready for the big time and he accepted a dangerous stunt despite Alicia's concern! Well, he jumped over the moon and he's so little he got stuck in the middle! Eeeekkkk!
4. So here's the plan Johan. Johan is the special effects coordinator and he is just brutal when it comes to the schedule! We're headed to Hollywood girls, to either get Curt to listen to Alicia and consider a different career or listen to Morty the Magnificent and stick with his Hollywood Stunt Cow dreams. You be the judge, ya think he's too little? Is that why he's stuck in the middle?
Our job is to encourage him or show him a new career. Let's show him how to buff up, get physical, bring on the tuff guy, stunt guy image or show him a career more suitable to his puny little fragile body. Maybe a florist working with beautiful flowers, a fashion designer specializing in black and white prints, maybe play a fiddle (hey, diddle, diddle!) in a country band! If you can't quite make up your mind which career path Curt should take, just bring something to calm down Johan, maybe a present or some wine or something!! He's getting a little irritated!
Oh and we getta try Alicia's new line of special teas! Hey, you don't think we are doing this stuff for nuttin' do you?

I've been thinking about this since I started stalking and then I received very nice PM to not be scared to join.
I'm just not that creative...
So If I can do something just WAY basic and simple...I'll work on it and then get my creative story tellin juices flowing for the future.
I've been wrapped up in mini vsn all weekend! that was a ball too!
it's not too late to join the main event btw.

Oh my that Curt sure got himself in a fine mess this time...Looks like Kim managed to boost his confidence enough that he's finally unstuck....now we just have to help him with a new and improved plan...after this bunch of teapotters gets there he'll have so many new options...hmmmm, I'll have to ponder on this...off to work for now

Dawn, just get your head outa those cookbooks and get your derierre to Hollywood! I hear they have some incredible new cookbooks only available in Hollywood. Brand spankin new line of cookbooks! I am sure you would not have seen them!! Curt the Squirt told me he heard that if you are the first to buy one, the cookbook will be signed by the author who is remaining anonymous. So, your new cookbook will become extremely rare and immediately worth $42,000!
The teapotters chipped in and bought you the first copy but you have to come to the teaparty in Hollywood to get it! Its worth $42,000!

I'm with KJ, nothing is going *POP*, fortunately I am home all day. I will conference with the kittens and the parrot and see if they have any ideas. Of course this will have to be two separate conferences for when the kittens get in the room with the parrot, they just look at him with their "hungry eyes". Makes it hard for the poor guy to concentrate...

When they anounced that Alicia won, I let out a hoop and a holler, and my kids looked at me like I really had lost it I told them about the cow tea party and they knew I had lost it!! This one looks like another great challenge. I'll have to think on this one!!

I actually used the teapot for some of the inspiration. Because of the image I used, I had to portray Alicia! And the stars kind of turned into askerisks... oh, well.

Here is my story:
Bossy's first tea party
Please don't laugh.
Keep in mind I broke my cutting wheel of my trusty dahle 508.
that's some hay to chop isn't it! LOL! I guess I made the hills and fence too thick for the dahle. But in it's defense, I have used it a LOT in the last 2 years and ordered a replacement blade today.
Bossy had fun breaking the blade for her first tea party.

Dawn! Your card absolutely rocks! It is awesome! What were you worrying about girl??? I am so sorry you broke some equipment while playing....what a bummer....but your card does not give a hint to that at all! Its truely awesome. Yah, you came! We'll see if Gertie will give you that cookbook she promised you for showing up! Yikes! |

I am not really late, as mine was done yesterday. My computer just was not hooked up to the scanner and I had to run to rehearsal...
Here is my gal Chrystal with a couple of options for Curt. Not quite the level of those I am seeing in the gallery, even so, I hope you think she is kinda cute... __________________

My card is Alicia's friend Essie who is quite steamed that she has been left behind. She had visions of Hollywood but apparently Alicia and Curt left without her. Ohh, look out, she is scheming and steaming. Just look at her face!

Hey by the way I'll definitely be back. It's tax season and I'm a CPA so it may not be every week til after 4/15 but I WILL be back.

Blasted job of mine has also gotten in the way of stamping this week. Never fear Mudder, I'll have one up by tommorrow. Stamped image is already on the table and set to color since I know what I want to do and it's a riot IMO.;) Now hopefully, it turns out on paper like it's turned out in my head. If not, I just might be considered crazy.:(
