For those of you using the Fellowes cassette holder, thanks!!!! I actually manage the Fellowes web site and noticed a lot of activity for this item in the last 6 months. I couldn't figure who still had that many cassettes that they used. Noticing many "Stampin UP" email addresses, it clicked. I have 48 ink pads myself and never would have thought of this. I'm moving next week and will have my own scrapping room. This item will definitely come in handy.
This item is actually a discontinued item for Fellowes due to the fact it's designed for cassettes and they practically no longer exist. Sorry to those who think the freight charge is high. Weight of an item plays a big part. That's why the holder itself is so inexpensive. Pass the word, this item will only be available for a limited time. Once stock is gone, they will no longer be available. Fellowes thanks you too. www.fellowes.com, item # 83204. Another great item is the 83200. It a snap close unit for taking them on the road.......And only $2.29. Capacity is 15 cassettes (ink pads).
I got mine for less than $14.00, which included the S&H. I thought that it was a great deal. No tax here though. I've heard it does hold the new pads, but I'm not sure about the old pads. I'll have to remember to post when I get it.
I TOTALLY did not think the S/H was too much. That thing is a big, bulky item, so the 7.75 seemed cheap to me I just ordered mine last night. Since there are back orders, do you have an idea when I might get mine? Thanks! Great price and I can wait to try it out!
My friend and I both ordered ours yesterday. We went in together to save on shipping. Now I have to order the smaller, carry-case to use for carrying to workshops!
The cassettes holder should be back in stock Friday as it looks right now. So they should ship no later than Monday or Tuesday. Not sure if the Holiday will slow it down a day or two but if they don't ship by Monday, I'll let you all know.
Does anybody have a picture they can post of this in use? I saw one that "Beate" posted and the top of hers did not look like the Fellowes one.
I would love to see it before I order it. Many thanks!
Got mine today! Here's a picture for whoever wanted it. I still have lots of old pads so I just have them set in there. They don't actually fit into the slots and the new pads go in sideways, with the side that has the name of the color printed on it to the left, per Beate's suggestion.
I ordered mine on the 18th. I loaded them in leaving every other slot open. It works if you have the whole classic color family, and not many craft pads.
Mrs. Diffey: I hope you get your shipping confirmation soon! I believe the Fellowes Internet rep. was the one that started this post, so hopefully she'll be able to let you know!
I would like to order this holder for a friend and myself, however, I can't get www.fellowes.com page to open - everytime I go to it I get "This page cannot be displayed". Could someone tell me where they are located, or a phone number that I could call to try and order? Any help would be appreciated greatly.
Dang, can't get into the site... I want one and maybe now won't get one. Was going to wait till the new house was up next year but now gotta get one while I can I guess.
I ordered two over a week ago. When I got mine in I was so disappointed. I put the pads in and when I barely touched it they all flew out. I ordered one for my craft pads and one for a friend (since shipping didn't cost any more on two). I was so annoyed that I gave one to my step dad for his tapes. Then after reading another post I tried putting them with the color name facing the LEFT. Now I am totally glad that I got it. Love it. Wish I wouldn't have given one to my step dad because it was going to be for my best friend (and second best customer, me being my first).
For whoever asked.... I read in another post that someone had to tape something in to get the old pads to work and I guess maybe others. I'll try to find the thread and post a link to it.
Cool that Fellowes noticed. I wondered if companies noticed things like that. When you post something on here you just never realize how many actually buy without posting something.

Here's another link to another thread talking about this. It seems as though there are mixed reactions. I'm glad I didn't give up. I know there was another discussion but I can't find it. Someone was saying that they tape something in the rack to allow the old stamp pads to fit and possibly stazon and versa mark, I can't find it though.

whooo hoooo got one ordered!!! Can't wait to get it... not using it though till I have more room :( Just had to get it before I couldn't anymore I just think that $13.74 is a steal for a holder that will hold ALL of my pads!!
Hi girls,
For those of you who have placed an order for the stamp pad holder from Fellowes in the last week or so, they were on backorder. They are now back in stock and if yours was backorderd, it shipped Friday or yesterday. Hopefully by now you've received your ship confirmation from Fellowes. If not, email me directly at [email protected] and I will check on it for you.
Hate to say it, but they are talking of taking the price up. I've encouraged them not to, but I'm not that high up to override their decision. Maybe only a buck or so, so I guess that's still a great deal.
Happy Scrapping...
Linda
Never got a confirmation email but got my cassette/stamp pad holder yesterday!!! It works great!! I was going to leave it in the box but this way I just put it on top of my entertainment center and then can just spin it around..... the pads don't fly out either!! ;) Hubby tried and they stayed put!!
