I was just wondering the same thing. I love my Spellbinders - in fact, can't imagine my crafting life without them. But what I've seen so far has not knocked my socks off. It seems that the focus this round is much more on scrapbooking functions rather than card making. But that's just me. I hope they're saving the best for last and that the last few days of sneak peaks will blow me away!!
I've seen them make some really beautiful things with the dies on this blog hop release, but so far the only thing I've seen that I "have" to have is the Big Scallop Oval. But the ladies are doing a spectacular job with the dies and making great projects!
Oh I love my Nesties. One of the new ones is the Fair Isle Pendants and borderabilities. Just beautiful. Two more cool ones were the large ovals and the large scallops. The rest are ok but these are my favs so far.
Luckily there are only 2 sets that i'm interested in right now. The nesting ducks and the nesting owls. I"m not one to use all the image dies or border dies so for me although they all look neat i likely won't be getting very many. Which actually is a good thing since i still need to purchase a whole bunch from the last release. I look forward to more previews.
I'm glad to see that there is a lot of variety with this release. There is something for everyone's taste, card makers and scrapbookers alike. Personally, the last 2 that I would purchase are the nested owls and the nested ducks, but that's my taste and I don't expect everyone to agree with me. Think about how sad things would be if we all loved exactly the same things. Life would be pretty dull.
I would like to get over half of the ones I have seen, and they are not done with the previews. The first one that I will be ordering is the Crosses, I love those. Thanks for sharing/enabling.
All of the projects are wonderful - I would expect nothing less from these designers, but so far, I have been a bit less wowed than I was during the sneak peeks last year. I do see a couple I know I'll want.
I am a bit disappointed with this release so far. Only need the new scalloped ovals and there is one new pendant I think it is that I need. Oh and the crosses for sure. I guess all the lovely labels that were released the last time will be hard to beat.

So far the only ones I *like* are the Fair Isle Pendants and the Crosses. I'll be waiting to see what else they come out with. It is exciting though isn't it?
I love the Fair Isle, but have to say I would pass on the others that have been shown so far.
That said - I love all of the nesty's they have and I think the spellbinders dt has done an outstanding job in showcaseing them!

I have to agree. Beautiful job the ladies are doing.
They make something for everyone. I really enjoy seeing what the DT does with the dies as they really stretch my creativity to the limit. I see a product and I think "What would I do with that?" and then it becomes a must have!
Did you all see the new labels? Labels 11, 12, and 13. I am so excited they released some new labels!
For me, Labels 11 is going to be a MUST HAVE. I know I will use that shape a lot. Labels 12 is cool too, don't know yet if I will get that one or not. Labels 13 is really cool, I think it's going to be another "Must Have"

The cool part is I think there's another label yet to come. Because they haven't released a Label 10, but they did 11, 12 and 13. So I think they are going to release Labels 10 at CHA - can't wait to see what it is!

I like the Fair Isle dies , I'm thinking about getting the nesting eggs and maybe the owls. Labels 11 is nice, I may order that. Label 12 Is alot like a corner edger I have and I'll have to see alot more of 13 before I would buy it.
Not very many this time compared to previous releases, but that's fine, I'm running out of storage anyway.

I entered their reveal contest faithfully. I have some definite must haves on my wish list and I was lucky enough to win Day 3. So I have some of the new dies coming to my house in February. I can hardly wait.
I'm really like the new labels, the new borderabilities and the fruity shapes. But I too still have some I need to get from the last release.

I love the new labels dies, the crosses, the ice cream cones...my sweet friend who gives me lots of stuff for my soldier project gets everything wholesale. She sent me an email yesterday that I will have one of each of the new release line coming to me as soon as they ship..so..I will have the whole line shortly...I already have every thing else that is available..now just to use some of them...lol. I am going to visit my sweet friend next month the week of my birthday...I love her like another sister...blessings ladies.
I saw what Labels 10 look like today. I love it. I have 10 of the new releases on my wish list. Can't wait to get them. I also have a dear friend on the Spellbinders Design Team. She is going to CHA next week and I can hardly wait for her to get back so we can play with all of her new goodies! Go girlfriend!! Janine Blackwelder is her name and we are about 1 hour from each other. The excitement is killing me.
I got an email today from my friend Betty at the Scrapbooking and Stamping room in Greensboro, NC where she is taking prepaid pre-orders for all of the new releases and that's how I got to see it. Janine teaches classes there. PM me and I will see if the email will link.
