WOW!!!!!! I ordered from SU from - a pretty large order - and I am shocked . I submitted on 1/8 and it shipped and is scheduled for delivery on 1/14. I'm sooo excited - SAB and occasions mini stuff as well as lots of cardstock and wish list stuff, not everything tho, I have a friends party to go to in two weeks - more occasions stuff for sure. I just love stampin up!!!@

How do you ladies receive your orders so quickly? I am an SU customer, not a demonstrator. I have a very nice gal that I order my SU from, but it is always a good 3 weeks from the time I place my order until the time I get it. Can I order direct myself and maybe pay extra shipping to get it quicker? I'd appreciate any suggestions. I did ask my demo about the length of time between ordering and delivery and she has always told me that it takes at least 3 weeks.

I'm a customer too and I have never had a SU order take 3 weeks to arrive. 7-10 days is the norm (with it being about 8 days on average) whether my demo places it for me or I place it myself. I would guess that your demo is not putting the order in immediately. And, yes, you can go through her on-line order site and place your order yourself. I believe shipping is $7.95 for orders up to $75.00 or 10% of order for orders over $75.00. If you place your order yourself, make sure you don't miss the little box to add your SAB item(s).

Loretia - You have a 3 day right to cancel your order, so your demo may be holding the order for those 3 days before submitting it. Also, she may be waiting to combine it with other orders to help customers save on shipping. If your order is less than $69.50 you are charged a flat $6.95 shipping rate. And how long it takes once it's been shipped depends on where you are. It typically takes 4-5 business days for my order to reach me once it's been shipped. If you order online your order goes in right away and you would likely get it a little sooner.

If you are placing small orders with your demonstrator it is possible she is waiting to collect other orders before putting yours in. This is the best way for you to save on shipping. There is a flat rate fee of $6.95 for shipping on any order under $69.50. But if the entire order is over $69.50 shipping is 10%. So say you place a $20 order. Well you can pay $6.95 shipping and she can place the order right then, or you can wait until she has a full order to place and your shipping would be only $2.00. So the answer would be yes you can pay a little more and get your items soon. Speak with her and let her know you would like the delivery a little quicker and see what she can do. You can place orders online as well but need to specify a demo or you will pay more. Hope that helps
