slow service from sizzix?

just wondering if anyone else experienced slow service with the big sizzix holiday clearance sale? I ordered over a week ago and my account still says the order is still processing? Seem kinda long compared to other companies I've dealt with (it couldn't be that I'm impatient or anything, haha). Just curious

Anytime I've orderd directly from Sixxiz, they are always fast.

It's because of the holiday season. Same thing happened to me 3 years ago. I placed an order after Christmas and received the items about 3 weeks later. I'm not sure if it's because I wrote to them and asked them to cancel my order if they couldn't fill it or not, but it did take awhile.

I ordered on 12/20, and I got my order about 10 days later. I didn't think that was too bad considering the holidays. Hopefully you will get it soon.

It varies according to when you order. If you order as soon as they discount things, or around a holiday, it takes longer sometimes. It's hard to wait for your goodies, but they will be there soon!

Well the order has finally shipped (yeah), now just wait for delivery. I wish I was a more patient person - some day lol:p

My last order from Sizzix was about 2 weeks or so. Slower than most of the smaller dealers that I order from. I think small orders from single individuals take a back seat to large orders from stores and such. Just my thought.
