Default Need big help designing a layout!

Hi. I'm usually a gallery lurker but I never posted to the Forums before so I'll apologize in advance if I'm not supposed to ask this, but I need ideas for coming up with a nice layout design for an 8x8 album.

My dd picked out a paper by K & Co called Cut 'n Paste Butterfly Memories and I'm having difficulty balancing out the bling since it's got so much glitter on it.

Can anyone help me out with design suggestions?

Thank you all so much! And again, sorry if this is the wrong forum.

-K

HI K.

I'm not a big one for bling, so I would probably use cardstock for my base pages and the glitter papers for accents. Sketches are a great place to start if you want to design a couple of basic pages that you can use through out the album. There are several places to find sketches. www.pagemaps.com is my favorite, but there are others. You can also scale down 12 x 12 sketches to use for 8 x 8 pages.

HTH.

Default Sketch Ideas

I have that K&Company cut n' paste line and I love it. I design page sketches on my blog. They can easily be altered to fit an 8x8 layout. www.craftsbyrowena.com. I hope this helps you out.
