Today's inspiration comes from a poster of Grand Central Station.

I took my inspiration from the light streaming in the windows. Here is a link to my card:

No problem -- it is all about inspiration, you see the artwork and say, hey, I'd like to do X.

And don't worry if the link between the poster and your final project isn't obvious to the rest of us -- that isn't the point I know my thought process, most times, is extremely circuotous.

I finally had a chance to play on this one. I decided to black & white & used gray as a shadow & for the background, because it is softer. But the card was just screaming for a touch of red, so I gave in & added a red flower. Here's my red flower card.

I got it done and it even passes for a guy card for Julia's challenge.
I let the light be my inspiration and the idea came to me as soon as I saw the photo of Grand Central. Hope you like my strange idea!
