IL * CHA Summer SuperShow - CHICAGO
sorry for the Hijack - I was thrilled to hear Summer CHA is coming back to Chicago - love it when its virtually in my back yard!
The Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) is pleased to announce it's 2010 Summer Convention & Trade Show and Craft SuperShow will return to the Donald E. Stephens Convention and Conference Center in Rosemont, Illinois after one season in Orlando, Florida. The annual CHA Summer Trade Show will be held Tuesday, July 27 through Thursday, July 29, followed by the CHA Craft SuperShow consumer event Friday, July 30 and Saturday, July 31, 2010.

I am so glad it is going back to Chicago - Orlando in the summer is not the place to visit. I love Rosemont, so was way happy when I got that e-mail today. Plus we just ride the train over from Michigan, so easy.

Charter bus from Madtown?
I know it's a ways off, but would anyone be interested in a taking a party ... I mean charter ... bus from Madison, WI?
Depending on interest we could make it a one-day thing or a weekend thing. It sure would take care of the hassle of driving and parking, to say nothing of the socializing we could do. What do you think?

"Anyone" who purchases a ticket is welcome to attend the 2 days of the CHA Craft Supershow! Attendees are able to 'shop' i.e. "buy" at a retail basis at this part!
(In other words .... start savin' up!) ;) |
