If I needed to make 25 inexpensive gifts for co-workers, (I'm assuming some are men), I would make York Peppermint Pattie packets. Amber - sptchick made some for a craft show that are so cute. Here is a link. They are in the foreground of the photo.
She used cello bags, but I used the small plastic bags you can find at Joann's or Mikes in the jewelry dept. Cut the zipper off, add a cute topper, and you have a very nice gift for a guy or a gal. You can find the York patties at Target or Walgreens. Everyone likes candy, lol.
Note card sets. Make single panels using a nice heavy cardstock (PTI white is good). I have a tutorial and several posts about making these on my blog HERE and HERE.

All very nice cards! Those sets are my three favorite. I love botanicals. I may use this for a co-worker's Christmas gift too.

I made handmade 50 calendars last year. Here's a tutorial I made on my blog for quick and easy desk calendar gift. It's very economical to mass produce, too. The second calendar is the one that's easy to mass produce.

I'm a big fan of cookies. You can either make small boxes to put the cookies in, or even easier, sack them in cello bags and make bag toppers. They make good fast inexpensive gifts that everyone loves.
Candy also works as well. I like to make my own peanut brittle. It's easy to make, pretty fast, and cheap. Plus, people are amazed that you made it. I'm always amazed that they're amazed as it's one of the easiest candies to make. If you don't want to make it, then you can buy candy and wrap it cute.

These are beautiful. I can't believe you made fifty. You must be the fastest colorer in the world! That and have the patience of Job. Can you tell I'm not a big colorer?

Mmmmpeanutbrittle--I am on a huge diet right now and that sounds great. I make mine in the microwave and it is delish and simple. That is a great 'guy' gift...what is it with men and peanuts???
I do a scrapling card with a 12 month calendar on it...takes up very little room and sits on your desk. I think it is in my gallery. I bought the calendars at a LSS but I have seen templates every where for the year.
Kikikaren, I love to color, but I didn't color my calendar fronts last year. I used my Cricut. This year since I started early, I've been able to do more coloring. It's very therapeutic for me.

I made book thongs last year. They were a hugh hit. Two teacher have come and ask this year how to make them because they want to make some for gifts. They were inexpensive and not very time consuming.

Please show us what they look like and how to make them. That's not asking too too much is it? (crosses fingers) I have a lot of readers in my family!

These are awesome, Susan. And so simple to do (aside from the careful line drawing!) Beautiful idea.
these are such fun! I made some last year too, and I used the shrinky dink to make little charms with my stamps to attach on them. I only made two and lost the photo I had of them when puter crashed...now i want to make more after seeing yourS! LOL!

Using the shrinky dinks is a good idea. I made water bottle "tags" for DD and her friends one year with shrinky dinks, my stamps and pony tail holders. Sadly I have no pictures of those.

cookies or fudge wrapped in a Christmas mug are a great gift. I bought some fantastic mugs in the dollar store last year....they were gorgeous - I was so impressed that they were only a dollar!

Purchase inexpensive metal Christmas cookie cutters and cut out fudge. (leave fudge in the cookie cutter). Give the cookie cutter and fudge in a bag with a topper. Everyone loves it.

I am making notepads with Papertrey's Take Note stamp set and new custom notepads. Here are some samples of notepads with a cover template download on Nichole Heady's blog: http://nicholeheady.typepad.com/capt...take-note
I am making potholders, and coordinating recipe cards. Getting my Christmas fabric on sale, using up scraps on the cards, gettin some quality sewing time. I am actually having fun with this.
a couple of cookie sheet lined with wax paper
melt your chocolate in a double boiler
dip the spoon bowl to coat, hold up for a few seconds and dip again
lay down to cool on the wax paper...
cut saran squares and add 1 to 3 spoons or more, wrap and tie with ribbon...

I am making file folders (altered SU File folders) filled with individualized paper - we made some at one of my demos classes. I need to make 10 so one pack is perfect!!
Breezy929, often the problem with downloading the file is because you may be using an older version of the Adobe Reader. Have you tried to upgrade? If not, let me know and I can try to email it to you.
