Default Need help with M&M or chocolate sayings!

I've been away from stamping for 8-9 months. One of my sisters loves M&M's (she would live on them, if she could). I made one of the M&M characters out of paper punches (CASEd) and want to make a card with it, but my brain just won't come up with any M&M or chocolate humor (you know, like "save the Earth--it's the only planet with chocolate").

Can anyone help? I can print the saying out on my computer, so I don't need to worry about finding rubber stamps for it. PLEASE post some of your favorite, cute M&M or chocolate sayings.

Thanks--and the sooner the better. My creative stamping mojo may disappear again!

Hmmm ... thinking, thinking ...

(really like the one you came up with, tho! LOL!)

I'll keep thinking, but will enjoy checking back to see what other folk come up with, too.

I have a stamp that says:

Life is not complete without M&M's.

and here are some chocolate sayings:

If you’ve got chocolate
all over your hands,
You’re eating it too slowly.

Chocolate–covered raisins,
cherries, and strawberries
count as fruit, so eat as
many as you want.

The problem:
How to get 2 pounds
of chocolate home from
the store in a hot car.
The solution:
Eat it in the parking lot.

Eat a chocolate bar
before each meal. It’ll take
the edge off your appetite
and you’ll eat less.

If I eat equal amounts of
dark and white chocolate,
is that a balanced diet?

A balanced diet is
an M&M in each hand.

Chocolate has
many preservatives.
Preservatives make you
look younger.
So…eat more chocolate!

Put “eat chocolate”
at the top of your list
of things to do today.
That way, at least
you’ll get one thing done.

Handy diet tip:
A box of chocolates
can provide your total
daily intake of calories.

If you can’t eat
all your chocolate,
it will keep in the freezer.
But if you can’t eat it all,
what’s wrong with you?

A day without chocolate
is like a day without stamps!

I would stop eating chocolate,
but I’m no quitter!

Hand over the chocolate
and no one gets hurt!

Thanks so much, cookiestamper! I get the feeling you might be a fellow chocaholic. I'm sure one of these will work. If anyone would like to post others, please do. I figure chocolate sayings are probably like chocolate: you can never have too much. And since my sister is in the early stages of dementia, I'm trying to send cards to keep her spirits up. It will be nice to have other sayings I can use in other cards.

Thanks again.

I have a House-Mouse cross stitch design that I did on a tee shirt that says "There's no such thing as too much CHOCOLATE"

I'm not sure if you're making a birthday or Christmas card, but here is anM&M quote for Christmas cards that someone shared here before:

As you hold these candies in your hand and turn them,
You will see the M becomes a W, an E, and then a 3.
They tell the Christmas story, it's one I'm sure you know.
It took place in a stable a long, long, time ago.
The E is for the East, where the star shone so bright.
The M is for the manger where Baby Jesus slept that night.
The 3 is for the wise men, bearing gifts, they say they came.
W is for Worship, Hallelujah, Praise His Name.
So as you eat these candies or share them with a friend.
Remember the meaning of Christmas,
It's a love story that never ends.

The following can be used on treat bags or the new SU! see-through cup cards using red M&Ms, red hots, etc.
#1
Rudolph has a job to do every Christmas Eve, it's true.
His nose will always light the way for Santa and his tiny sleigh,
But if his nose should ever go out don't cry or whine or yell or pout.
Take out this bag and use a bit from Rudolph's Red Nose repair kit.

#2 (spare reindeer Noses)
Rudolph's nose is very bright. He helps guide Santa's sleigh
Without it in the dark night sky they might not find their way.
So just in case dear Rudy's nose is kaput and goes on the blink
We have these spare "red nose seeds" to repair him in a wink!

Thanks for the additional suggestions, everyone. The Rudolph ones will be cute for xmas. Actually, I am looking for M&M or chocolate sayings that I can use for any occassion. "Just because" cards are what I am planning on. Of course I will send her other themes, but she'll get a kick out of several chocolate-themed ones making fun of her "addicition", spaced out over several weeks.

Anyone else have suggestions?

This year I bought a tee shirt at a Cracker Barrel that says "If loving chocolate is wrong, then I don't want to be right".

A Muse has several really good ones. My favorite, which you can find here -- <http://www.amuseartstamps.com/CartGenie/prod-2945.htm> says, "Man cannot live by chocolate alone, but woman sure can!" Try there -- I'm sure you'll find some you like! HTH

I changed the Teacher's M&M poem to fit for my coworkers.

M&M Pills for Tax Season

Eat a brown M&M to temporarily calm your craving for chocolate
Eat a red M&M at the first sign of meeting overload.
Orange minimizes “Mental Block” during long range tax planning.
Eat a Green M&M to calm your frustrations while looking for allowable deductions.
If you feel a head ache coming on while doing 1040s eat a yellow M&M.
Blue M&M’s reduces E-filing fatigue.

Directions: Take as needed. If all symptoms occur at the same time eat the whole bag.

Warning: May cause weight gain.

Guess what they're getting for their little Christmas gifts this year?

Oh and I'd love to see your M&M figure. Now I have to come up with ideas on how to "wrap" the bag of M&Ms.

I came here to post the Christmas M&M story but I see that someone beat me to it. I love the other ideas as well. Thanks ladies!
