Default How fast is shipping from Ritzcamera.com ?

I placed an order from ritzcamera on the 9th and made it over $100 for the free shipping deal. I still haven't even gotten a shipment confirmation, which I find hard to believe. Should I contact the company yet? How long does it usually take for an order to arrive? When I check the order status, all it says is when the order was placed.

I have ordered from them many times and their shipping is pretty fast. I have always been happy with both their service and their shipping.

You can also shop at Scrapbookingalley.com! It is the same people as Ritzcamera, only with NO MINIMUM on shipping!

ETA: I did make my first order from Ritzcamera, before someone else told me about Scrapbookingalley, and my order came fine.

Edited AGAIN to add: I forgot how long shipping took. But it got here fine.

I would contact them especially since you never received a confirmation. I ordered from them and had it within a week or so.

Definitely contact them. I generally get things from them in 5 to 7 days, frequently faster.

I would call Ritz. I order all the time from them. I know for me, they ship FedEx ground and the shipments originate from Grand Rapids, MI. If you have the tracking # check on the FedEx site to see if it was delivered. Maybe it went to the wrong address. I'm currently waiting for other shipments from other companies that I used PayPal. I was beginning to wonder myself if they might be a problem with PayPal. Did you pay with PayPal too?

I didn't use paypal, no. I sent a message to customer service and got a response that all items I ordered are in stock, but they are unable to tell me exactly when they will ship. I just cant believe its been almost 2 weeks and it hasnt even SHIPPED yet. Especially if the items are in stock. I figured i'd have it in hand by now.

I placed an order on Oct. 15 and received my package today the 20. I payed with my credit card. Don't know if that makes for faster shipping.

I had to contact them about a previous order. They were loads of help. I think I got mine in a week or a little over. They are shipping from California, if that helps.

I always get my order in a timely mannor too. Call them and have you order number and date handy. I find them easy to deal with. Maybe your order didn't go through if you didn't hear from them.

I have ordered from ritz company three or four times.
Usually it was fast delivery. I do think they wait for some of their products from other companies to be sent. Hopefully, you did not order copics, there
I ran into problems with them. The copics stated available when I ordered, and I commented no backorders without my knowlege, and they only sent half the copics, (4), didn't inform me, and I had to pay shipping that way, where I purchased an order for the amount to save on shipping. so, I'm very leary
about ordering from them anymore. I did report that service to better business bureau and they dropped my shipping expense. so customer beware.
You can also check when they debited your account or credit card.

I have ordered from them too many times to number. It has always been really fast shipping and great customer service. I had a problem with an item being sent that was incorrect and they dealt with it perfectly and timely. I would give them a call.

FYI, if you google them you can usually find a coupon, not much just like 3 - 5 % , but every bit helps!

Uh oh, I did add some copics to my order. I needed a little extra to bump it up to $100 for the free shipping. I think the order went through because I got an order confirmation email, just not a shipping notice yet. Sigh.

That is so odd. I would call again. I placed an order on the 17th; I paid through my Google account got an instant order confirmation then today got a shipment notice that is should get here tomorrow via Fed EX. All my emails were from google however. I can't remember how I have paid before or if I got an many emails. How did you pay? I would check to see if payment went through yet.

I'd check back with them again. I've ordered from them twice. 1st order shipped lightening fast. 2nd order took 1 month because, although they said all items were in stock, that turned out to not be the case and they ended up having to cancel 2 items because they just couldn't get the items.

Re: the order that took 1 month, I know that I checked with them at least 3 times before I started to get the correct information re: why they weren't shipping my order to me.

My credit card hasn't been charged yet. If it was, I'd be REALLY mad. Ritz is telling me that the items i ordered are "special online only" items. Whether or not they are, if they are in stock (which they claim all my items are) there is no excuse for not having even gotten shipped yet. I talked to someone today who said they will send a note to the appropriate department to ship my order as soon as possible. Because the items ship from another supplier, they have no control over when things get shipped. But you'd think Ritz would try and contact the supplier to fix this issue as well. This just doesn't seem like good business practice to me. I will not be ordering from them again.
