Thanks so much we have out of country guests and my other coupons didn't start until tomorrow and because of our weather we are shopping today so this is great!
I was in my michaels today and a lady in front of me had one of these coupons
the cashier said she had to ask a manager and went over and whispered to some co-workers then the manager came up and said just go ahead - the lady that was in front of me said is there a problem and she said she got it right off Michaels website that they could check if they wanted too ! The cashier was quite rude and did not even respond to her. Not sure what the problem was the cashier never explained it-the lady was quite upset from being ignored and treated that way the she said they shouldnt put the coupons up online if they cant use them your acting like I committed a crime ! I just walked out and then I spotted this coupon link and decided to print it out too - I hope no on else has this happen to them - Would love to know if any one else has had this experience with this coupon
it would be interesting to know if others have had this coupon used when printed off. It says no reproductions on the coupon, they will probably
ask management, unless they already informed them, that it was ok

Love coupons!!!! I just had a bunch last week for 40% wish I had of had these, dh not working but I still [somehow with the help of a few friends here...with coupons] support my habit....lol Carefully buying...
I used one of these yesterday and all the nice gentlemen asked was did I get it through email. I think because it may have been the first one had seen in our area.
No problems though!
When I was last in the local Michael's I commented to a clerk that it was difficult to find what I was looking for, everything was so changed. She said a new company had bought the Michael's chain and everything was indeed different. In fact the store had just been through a major makeover and looked beautifully clean, but they have changed their policies regarding coupons. Used to be you could just grab one from the flyer at the front door, or tell them you forgot and left yours at home, but not anymore. She said the new company is being very "strict" about coupons.
I suspect they didn't know coupons were available on the internet.
I got the idea that not all Michael's stores were being changed , short-term, and that the local one was sort of a "prototype" for how they all would be eventually.
I was looking for metallic cardstock and there wasn't a single sheet. In fact it looked like surely a big shipment of scrappers' supplies must be due because for the first time in my life I left Michael's without buying anything at all.
Maybe change will be good? Seems like everything in the world is changing this year.
Thanks OP.. I printed one of these and got the MS scoring board with it. The cashier just asked where I got it. I told her it was a link from an email that you click on. Hope I was correct. She said she gets emails from Michaels but never gets coupons..I get 40% all the time. hmmm....
