We've been looking forward to hosting this contest for the last few months. It has been very cool to view your pictures and read your stories as 549 Splitcoaststampers shared their dream for a new ScrapBox WorkBox over the last two weeks.
Thanks to our anonymous judges who have spent countless hours over the last few days reading every single entry and viewing your photos, videos and supporting documentation. These ladies took the job seriously, and we hope you'll be as pleased with the final 10 as we are. Remember, their decision is final.
The winner will be determined by popular vote between now and this Friday (October 16, 2009) at noon CST. Please read the stories and view the entries before making your selection. You only have one vote, and you'll want to make it count. Without further fanfare, your:

This has been a long, strange trip! LOL. I'm a little disappointed not to see my name on the list (duh, who isn't?!) but this sure has been fun! Now I have ALOT of reading to catch up on. I picked my own top 10 list and I was right on 5 of the finalists. Congrats to all of the finalists and GOOD LUCK!

WOW !!! Those judges must have been reading forever. I had hoped Thing 1 and Thing 2's mom would have made the cut or I lost it all in the Divorce or I stamp in a 5X7 spot in the closet. They were all GREAT. SO funny and all needed it much more than me. Now I have a few more to read before casting my vote and bugging my SCS friends to help by voting too.

Wow, good stories. I took into consideration how often folks post among other things because the winner really should be a supporter of Splitcoast beyond just reading......they should comment on folks postings and post and everything. That is what makes this community so special. Thank you for a wonderful opportunity and best wishes to the winner! (I do hope it's someone that posts often!)

I can't believe that I'm one of the finalists! Thank you to the judges that had a HUGE and difficult task sorting through all the entries and narrowing them down to just 10.

I now have to go tell my DARLING husband that I entered this contest and am a finalist (he doesn't even know that I entered! heh, heh) I've never won anything, so getting to this stage is very exciting.

I was having a hard time deciding on the most deserving and your honesty was refreshing but I was still trying to decide until I saw how long you have been a loyal member of SCS! That did for me you may not feel you need it but I do! Best of luck!!!
I can't believe I made it to the top 10!! I agree! But with Jilanne being so danged modest, it takes a lot of persuasion to get her to ASK for votes! That's one reason I have it in MY signature. All of us Jilanne supporters need to do that, I think.
