Pat - You crack me up.

Tonight is apricot chicken. It is supposed to go on the grill, but I don't feel like grilling. You take apricot preserves, red wine vinegar, garlic, and olive oil to make a glaze. Hopefully it works out in the oven. I need to steam some green beans too.

Then I'll figure out what we are having tomorrow.
