Just taught it would be fun to make a thread where we can chat and comment on everyone's digi creations.
so many new digi stamp companies out there! I would love to see everyone's creations and leave some love ;)
Great idea! I'd love to see some cards using digi stamps. I was thinking of playing around with some digi images today, but until then I thought I would share these cards that I made using digi stamps:
wow Jeanne! love your stuff, and congrats on the DT
Thanks! That was my very first time playing with Photoshop brushes. This company sells both stamps and digis. I think I've made more digi samples than stamp samples so far. Fun stuff!

I love digital stamps! My 'real' stamps are gathering dust lately. I love coloring with Copics and I love the images from Mo's Digital Pencil! Here are a couple I've done recently using her images: Ask Alice! by Happy Heart at Splitcoaststampers

I guess I like them-I really liked how this came out, so am in the process of creating ATC's for a Technique Junkie swap.
The next one is a free Digital Freeby on Tuesdays- this was from June I think, and I was interested in trying an all Green Copic challenge- it is all green and I love this BG. The link for the freebies is on this post in the description.
I just spent about $35 today on digi images from CCDesigns and The digi shack. I love digi stamps because I can get so much more for my money and I don't have to wait for them to be shipped. Yeah!!!!
Oh Gheeze- Patty I love that -I think it is a Hydrangea.....and downloaded it too. There are more samples with that pretty image on this thread.....
Congrats on the CAS DT- I think CAS is really hard, so I am working on CASE'in a few to get the hang of it- I like them very much to see them, but am never satisfied with what I make...........

I should add that I have purchased a few digi images in the past few weeks, and I love how easy it is! So, I hope i can ask a question- how do you print out freebie papers? My printer is not the greatest- but do you just print them out like you do an image???
I have been intrigued by digital stamps and have downloaded a few free ones. Here is a card I made tonight for the CAS31 pop it up challenge. I'm having difficulty getting good pictures of my cards. This one is a little blurry.

Yep, that is the Hydrangea image. I've seen sever wonderful cards in the gallery using that image. I think it's an awesome image! I'll have to come back and check the other cards that were posted here, it's late now and I was just getting ready for bed.
Thanks for your congrats don't get discouraged, CAS cards are really hard for some to create and for others they are super easy, but like everything else it takes time. I think the CAS cards that are posted for the challenges are getting better every week. Come check out the CAS challenges, they will give you some wonderful ideas.

I have all of my images saved into a file on my desk top. Then when I want an image I'll just pick the one I want and I copy it into a new document. Then I can resize the image if I want and then just print it out. I usually print out enough images to fill at least one sheet of card stock. Remember you'll want to replace your printer paper with card stock.
As far as the ink goes, I've never had a problem with my ink, but I have read here in the forums that after you print the image you should let it completely dry before you start working with it. That will help to prevent any smearing. My husband has ink tanks hooked up to our printer, so I'm not sure what brand of ink we are using.
oh yes CAS cards are not that easy. I've been all night trying to do one, and it just wont come out how I want it to. destroyed a lot of paper., I think i'm gonna try it tomorrow, maybe I can get more inspiration ;)
i have my images saved on a flash drive and print on a laser printer here at work or at home.
I used to have an inkjet printer, and I did have to let the image dry a bit before coloring.

bumping this for Shelly...
I *think* you'd print out the digi paper the same way... I've not tried it though...
I'd suggest printing out a smaller sample to ensure that it's going to give you the colours that you think you're getting. Unless you've calibrated your printer and monitor, there can be a bit of a difference between what you see and what you actually get after you've printed it. KWIM?
