Hello my friends!!! I am happy to be here on this crisp fall morning! well at least it is crisp for me! LOL 7 hours difference really is huge!!! Don't worry thought I have a fun challenge for you!
Your challenge today is to make a scapling...don't know what one is...no worries I'll explain...you know that little part of scardstock that is left over when you're making a 4x4 card? That little 1.5 inch pience? That is your scrapling!!! and we are going to make a little card out of it...need some ideas to get you going?
So the card you will be making today will measure 4x 1.5
Here is my Samples: Little Scrapling Mark

I don't think I have ever made a 4 x 4 card, so I will have to create a piece if I don't have a scarp I can cut down, LOL. Thanks for the cool challenge!

I have never made a 4x4 card but doesn't that mean you would only cut off .5 of an inch from an 8 1/2 " piece of paper? and then 3" off the 11" side? I am not sure where you get the 1.5" from.
I love the scraplings I have seen so far! But, I have a question for those samples that are doubled over. Do you have an eight by 1.5 piece and fold it in half or do you fold a 4 inch piece in half thus giving you a 2 X 1.5.? It appears from the pictures you begin with an 8 inch long piece.

Hi-- I make my scraplings from the cardstock that is left from an 8.5 x 11" piece of cardstock, after I make a 5.5" square card, so the scrapling ends up being 3 x 11 or 3 x 5.5 once it is scored and folded....
Here's mine! Quite an undertaking, but I like how it turned out. Thanks for the interesting challenge.
