I have been having the same problems as the rest of you, but I knew that it was not me and was SCS. Whenever you look at the bottom left of your computer screen and it says "trying to connect..." it is the site and not you. I learned this from my programmer. I think it was so I would stop calling him all of the time, Lol. I also have my computer set to NOT automatically update windows. There is a bunch of junk in those updates that you don't even need. If a critical update is warranted, you will be contacted by Windows and they will let you know about it. That is why you register your product. Anyhoo, I hope SCS can figure out the problem and get it solved, it sure is frustrating sitting in front of the computer, hitting the same key over, and over. Good luck in the future.
