I have so much trouble with my wireless router that I can never tell if it's my system or SCS! But I think you're right -- there have been times that I can get anywhere else easily.

Last week, I could not get on for two full days. Spent about an hour with my
ISP thinking it was something with them or thinking they could help me. It wasn't them and I found out other people I knew were able to get on sometimes and not at other times. I was able to go to any website but SCS so I guessed they must be having a problem.

I just posted another problem to the Site Questions forum and I'm wondering if anyone is having this one -- I click on links in posts and nothin' happens. Anyone else?
ETA: Pretty sure it's my %*_^@$_^ laptop.... just went to email and could not click on a link there either :(
I contacted them twice last week after I couldn't get on for two days but never heard from them. Therefore, I don't know what the problem was or why suddenly I was back on. I do know something isn't on my gallery a(a Rak) from someone but when someone else clicks on my gallery, it shows on their computer.

Talk about making lemonade when you get lemons...last saturday morning I couldn't get on SCS so I cleaned my stamping room...still looks real nice too!
I have also been having trouble lately. A window comes up saying connection has been interrupted or there has been an error. I am having trouble with links also. Sometimes the link will open, sometimes it won't. This just started recently-a few weeks maybe? I thought it might be something in my house because also within the last few weeks when I use my cell phone in the house the call is always "lost". This never happened before. I always had good service in the house including the basement!
Shannan~how do you know which update to uninstall and how do you uninstall an update? I wouldn't even know where to find them! I believe some Window updates installed themselves on my computer recently. I wonder if that is my problem also.

As far as connectivity issues, I know we've had some server yuck going on . . . fingers crossed that we'll have good news to share very soon!

I looked in my Control Panel under Windows Update. Then I sorted the updates by date and uninstalled the ones that were done on 7/31, which was the day I started having trouble. Once those were gone, I rebooted and got right in. I don't remember what they were, though, I'm sorry! I think it may have been something about Windows Defender. Hope this helps!
I've been having trouble since last week- including seeing that box just now- and that's on two different computers and without any updates. It would seem if this many are having problems and getting similar dialogue boxes then the trouble must be here.
Thank goodness someone started this thread. I felt so bad this weekend. I was trying to connect with another member on buying a stamp set from the buy/sell forum and it kicked me out 6 times. I'm sure she thought I was a complete flake. Thank goodness she had a ton of patience. And then I tried to upload a picture 3 times and got kicked out every time. I am so happy/relieved to know it's not just me. My poor partner Rick, I had him cleaning/defragging the computer and kept telling him it had to be us. OOPS!!

I have been having the same problems as the rest of you, but I knew that it was not me and was SCS. Whenever you look at the bottom left of your computer screen and it says "trying to connect..." it is the site and not you. I learned this from my programmer. I think it was so I would stop calling him all of the time, Lol. I also have my computer set to NOT automatically update windows. There is a bunch of junk in those updates that you don't even need. If a critical update is warranted, you will be contacted by Windows and they will let you know about it. That is why you register your product. Anyhoo, I hope SCS can figure out the problem and get it solved, it sure is frustrating sitting in front of the computer, hitting the same key over, and over. Good luck in the future.

Ditto i've been having problems for days now it's driving me nuts! I went to post last night i typed it all out and hit post and yep you guessed it i couldn't get back on, all night i was booted off!!! I was so sad and really did sit twidling my thumbs asking myself what do i do now? I was bored and fed up lol. So was chuffed when i got straight in today! I've been booted off twice today but got straight back in. And like you all i'm using other sites at the same time and having no problems.
