Thanks for the link. This will help me save a lot of money. The only set I might even be remotely interested in would be the set of four holiday sentiments. Other than that, I didn't care for anything else in that catty.
When I saw this, I just started laughing! I was wondering when the next mini was coming out too. Then, as soon as I thought about it, I thought "The new catalog just came out, and already I am waiting for more!" I guess we just can't enough of new and different stuff. That just goes to show you how addicting this becomes!
Oh! I just had another thought...what if SU actually had a store that one could go in and have all stamps, etc including all retired from day one! OH MY! They would have to send a rescue team in for me! LOL!
I know that won't happen, just thoughts flying through my head.

Yeah, I have to remind myself that, although demos started receiving their copies of the new catalog the first week of June with their Sneak Peek preview orders, it only officially became active a little more than three weeks ago!

Oh, you're killing me here! I think my wish list for the mini could easily net me a Level Two hostess set -- better get busy filling my bookings calendar so I can afford to place a big order! :p

Oh, good! Looks like the only thing I'll be getting is the Halloween Jumbo Wheel. The little bear set and the dies will be wonderful for scrapbookers, though. Very cute.

I know exactly what you mean!! I would LOVE that! No more eBay. ARGH! The waaaaaaiting.
I have to say, I was a little disappointed with this mini though. The only set I really like is the snowflake one and I canNOT justify more snowflake stamps! There are a couple Christmas ones in the main catalogue that I like.

I just went and looked at the new mini catalog. Oh my goodness! I didn't expect there would be so much stuff in it. I can see this one will cost me too! LOL! I don't like everything in there...no one ever does...however, I found more than enough things I would like to have!
I have bought stamps on ebay, and received good deals. This morning I went to a garage sale and picked up a couple sets as well. My only problem with ebay is that some of the sets I have bought I have no clue what the name is of them. I like to track the sets I have and then go look what others on here have done with those sets. When you don't know what they are called, it is just very difficult. I also only have the 2 most recent catalogs, so that doesn't help as much as I would like either.
Well, I can see this mini is going to cost me a fortune! I am actually happier with a lot of what's in it than what's in the IBC. Can't wait to actually get my hands on it to really give it a good look!

I'm another one who is going to be broke with the Holiday Mini! Lucky for me the new digital scrapbooking software won't be ready for demonstrator pre-order on August so I can break up my orders a bit.
I can't wait to get me hands on the new goodies and start making projects for my upcoming classes. I'm already planning projects for a Mommy & Me Build A Bear class as well as at least 2 different Christmas Stamp A Stacks!

I'm with you. I guess I should be grateful there aren't more I really want. The "Wandering Words" and "Four of the Holidays" were the only two that really grabbed me. I was hoping for some paper to reach out and grab me. Oh well.

I saw the mini at our monthly workshop. I WILL be getting the snowflake set, as I don't have one and that is the type of Chirstmas card I'm sending this year. I liked the bear die cuts, but probably won't get them. Otherwise nothing I can't live without. I thought there would be more I liked.
Oh my, my bank account is in trouble - I LOVE lots of the sets and those charms...and the dies...and those little containers to put in goodies with the co-ordinating set I can see sooo many possibililites for...can you tell I'm excited?!
I really like the menorah. I'm not Jewish, but like to make up a few for friends. I wish that the peacock on the last page of the IBC and the peacock feather ( I can't remember what set that's to) were sold either seperately or as a mini set. I like having a few stamps available seperately. I'm sure that there is more that I will want, but looking at the mini on the computer is soooo annoying, that I will just wait.

i love the autumn splender set and the ornament set that has a punch that coordinates with it... i loves me some punches!
i am so excited!
i have been stamping for a long time now so i don't always find stuff that i just HAVE to have so i think they did good at tugging at MY purse strings! LOL
AHH, I am another one who is in TROUBLE! I like way too much!! My wish list is pretty much everything in the mini LOL. Are ya'll ready for sneak peeks??? Demo's get to pre-order on Aug 1st ;)
There's quite a few things in the new mini that I like - primarily stamps, DSP, and rub-ons. I haven't said this in quite a while about SU, but I think they're doing a great job diversifying their styles to accommodate many different stampers.
That being said, all of the new products are extremely overwhelming. I mean, partnering up with Build a Bear, Sizzix, new specialty DSP, blocks, charms, etc... it's just too much for me. It almost feels like they're in panic mode, trying to please EVERYONE. And the prices, particularly Canadian prices, are really getting out of hand!

I also am one to be somewhat relieved that I don't want a lot of stuff from the mini. I do like several sets, but not enough to pay the Canadian extortionist prices... (yikes, did I actually say that outloud??)
I was wondering, though, who pays whom for the Build-a-Bear trademark? Does SU pay for the priviledge, or did B-a-B approach them and make a deal? I'm just curious about that.
I went thru yesterday and was shocked at how much I wanted! When I saw it online I thought there was only a handful of things that I liked, but my copy came yesterday and it is really so much better in person. I love that they did build a bear, but for myself, my kids are a bit too old so that won't be on my list, but I can easily see myself spending $300, and that doesn't include the digital scrapbooking.

I'm going to get that wheel too, very cute. I just keep telling myself no, no, no to all the Christmas stuff; I have way too much already.
