My customers purchase Buttons, Bows, and Twinkletoes for girls and Toybox for boys. I also like the shapes sets for background and borders.

I use any of the flower sets a lot. They are nice for spring/summer scenes, weddings & family photos.

I'd consider some of the background-type sets for making background paper.

I started out scrapbooking and used simply spring and fresh flowers. They are very versatile and can be used for almost any scrapbook page...

ALPHABETS ALPHABETS ALPHABETS!!! I use them all the time. As for regular stamp sets, I use the toybox quite a bit because I have 3 boys. I have also used that sparkle stamp from All The Best alot just to add something extra to the background. I love Simple Shapes for the same purpose....looks awesome on tempting turqoise and water pics...there is a sample of that in my gallery.

Any shape set is great. Also, I really like Shapes and Shadows. That set has something for any season.

I've also used the star and the flower from Mini Messages. It's a great set for quick cards, too.

I really stick to basic shapes like stars, flowers, etc. I get lots of mileage out of those types of stamps.

Have fun!
Vera

Everyday flexable phrases. Great for journaling or just adding words to a page. I love it for scrapbooking!

I would say all of them, that's right all of them!!! You eventually take a picture look in the SU book and say oh that set would be awesome with this pic. Then your ideas for scrapbooking and stampin will be endless. So, make a list and check it twice b/c you are gonna need them all...

Phrase Starters is great for titles. Little Layers 1 & 2. For a totally different look I've used Lovely as a Tree on a number of pages. I would also recommend looking through the Seasons section and getting a set that has stamps for all the seasons.

HTH,
Anita
