Hello, everyone!
I am a newbie & was referred to check this site out by a friend. I say a newbie & I mean a newbie! I just started stamping within the last month! I have not figured everything out but I did do my first embossing project recently! I was shown a make and take by a stampin up gal that was a hot cocoa holder which only held one packet. Anyway, I came back home to try and figure out how to make a 5 pack holder & did! I of course had to get a heat gun & all kinds of other stuff but I did make 5 of them and they looked pretty good!
Basically, I came here for ideas, examples and to learn new stuff so I am looking forward to be a member!
I will quit typing now as I probably already bored you.......
Thanks
I'm not bored. In fact I think it is great that after you did a make 'n take you immediately refashioned it. That's the sign of a very creative mind. When I first started surfing on Splitcoast I was SO amazed by the talented people. I've been copying and learning ever since.
Wow!!! You've done a lot in a short amount of time!!! Congratulations on being a stamper!!!! Welcome!!! This site is the best place for ideas, and to talk to other stamping obsessed people! lol My hubby just doesn't get excited about it like these ladies do!! (Thank goodness for them!! lol)
Welcome....now you're doomed! Lots of great ideas and conversation here...hard to get off the computer sometimes. Oh and if you think you're not interested in a particular stamp set, accessory, color, etc....you can be sure that someone here will talk you into wanting it. I've only been on here a few months and have learned so much......
