StampItForFun's gallery has some wonderful items in it. I don't think I've ever seen her work before. I'll do this tomorrow morning. It's 2p.m. and I'm needing to head out on errands. Thanks for the challenge.
Great sketch and sample card! I already had it in my favorites! Can't wait to play. My 2 week holiday break from school just started a little over an hour ago.. Woo hoo!
Congratulations on the first anniversary of sketch challenge, I'm looking forward to the next 52 weeks. I've enjoyed looking at everyone's interpretations, so much creativity and inspiration. Okay, so I haven't participated in any this year, but it is my New Year's resolution to try them. Um, can't start this week, still working on Christmas stuff....aaaaack!

Well, it took me long enough, but I finally got one done. I stamped the sentiment at the bottom instead of a tag (wasn't thinking about the sketch anymore by the time I got that far). Here's mine.
I made a silly card- saw King Kong with the family, and when I started looking through all of my stamps- this stamp set was begging to (finally) get used!!! I hope you all enjoy my silliness.......
The word Beautiful was printed out using Catelyn Conover's printer font color changes- it is in Close to Cocoa. I made the word strip instead of making tags.....
I could never be a demo, cause I start working on cards, and I end up with something like this 2 hours later.... gotta love all of you!
Oh, And a HUGE Thanks to Andrea!!! These sketch challenges which are now ONE!!! have really helped me improve my stamping (really you say....) I used to copy everything, and you have challenged me and I just LOVE it!!!
This is one of my favorite layouts ... I use it all the time! (maybe too often!?)
Here's a new card from this evening. I had to give the aquapainter another try (there's another thread about watercoloring) and I haven't given AP a fair shake, so I used it tonight on this card. I'm figuring out some of the quirky tricks, and liking the effect much better already! (I have been a Blender Pen Diva for ages!!)
Just received my Best of Cluck stamp set, so I used it in the challenge....which works well because I am very limited on ribbon and gingham works so well with this set. Great sketch challenge AndreaSophie...I really enjoyed this one!
I finally had time to make a second one. Hereit is. The French script in gray doesn't really show mixed in with the floral and all the sponging. But I remembered to put my tags on this one.

Here's mine. I have had a horrible time coloring these flowers to my liking I have forced myself to try to use this set! I have had it for over 8 months and still not loving it...very rare for me with flowers LOL Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I haven't done a Sketch Challenge in quite awhile... but I couldn't resist this one! One year of sketches and this one is so cute! Here is my submission for it....
