Default Tea Bag holder

I was just hunting the gallery to get ideas for Administrative Professionals Day. I work in several schools & give to all of the secretaries, receptionists, data managers, etc. I really liked the tea bag holders/cards, but couldn't find any instructions. Can any one help? I'm on Spring Break next week :-D and would love to get them done. TIA!!

Yikes, things are wonky. Pay no attention to the 2nd set of "Here are a couple of tutorials". They're the same as the first set. I edited the challenge and it came back with the extra tutorials.

I am thinking you could put all kinds of fun things in a card like this - not just tea bags.
