WT220 - Beautiful Buttons (05/28/09)
I like big buttons and I cannot lie. ;) Actually...I love all kinds of buttons! Little ones, big ones and I'm always looking for ways to incorporate them in designs. One of the best things about buttons is they are an extremely inexpensive embellishment, especially if bought in bulk.
Today I'm challenging you to pull out your buttons and find ways to use them! Do you sew them on or adhere them? Do you group them, arrange them, use them on their own, decorate patterned paper with them? I can't wait to see what you create.
Please remember to put WT220 in your keywords section and post a link back here. Please upload only
NEW creations for this challenge. We want to get you creating. Above all...have fun with it. This is a challenge not a contest and all skill levels are welcome.

Awesome challenge. I was thinking about my button box earlier this week when I was watching the Curious Case of Benjamin Buttons with my teenage daughters.

Oh, this is wonderful. I have hundreds of buttons and I can see this as a button sorting day. That's the fun part. I'm in!

Ah - I have a button that was in my pocket for another challenge, and then got onto the shelf over the bed and has been there ever since. Perhaps it's time to go and retrieve it! Thanks, Julia. I might even raid my sewing as opposed to my crafting button box and see what I can find.
