I've been thinking in my sleep about what this big Top Secret thing could possibly be. I don't have a clue. The only thing that I can sort of come up with is that it has to do with this website and making it better. Hmmmmm.. . How would you make SplitCoast better?
Well, I for one will be contributing to the SplitCoast Fund. I will click that little Pay Pal next week (when I can actually concentrate on how much I have and how much I'm sending). I might just accidentally pay Daven $2,000 or something silly like that! LOL
And with the possibility of things getting better. I don't need to wait and see what will happen. I KNOW I will LOVE it. Daven you have always done such a great job in making SplitCoast better for us!
I encourage others to pay a small amount to Daven, as well. I don't think you realize the work that goes into this site. Not to mention the costs out of pocket. I think he was very honest in his response as to "how much" we should contribute. $15 sounds very reasonable for a year's subscription to SC!

since avatars are the new BIG thing.. why not charge a small fee to use one.. like $3.00 to $5.00 .. that would help raise a little money.. and that is not a huge asking for such a great site.
Thank you for the reminder about Paypal, Lana. I just sent my contribution. It is worth every penny, plus about a thousand dollars more than I have! This is my very favorite site on the Internet. Thank you to Daven and Tracy! You do a fantastic job. Everyone here is a blessing to me.
PS Has anyone heard from Darth Debby today? Maybe she is investigating the secret on our behalf.......

Oh man - what are us poor souls going to convention going to do without the likes of these stories. I wish I had a laptop to keep me up to date while I'm there - Lana I will need to find you to keep informed as to what these guys are up to. If they have a virtual convention here all of us at the real thing will miss out - man oh man - I'm going to have to spend weeks on the internet when I get home from convention and then vacation just to see what you all have been up to.
Thursday evening will not come soon enough to play the catch up game and meet you all. Hey, I'll have my cell phone with me - if you need a second reporter let me know - I do have free roaming and long distance so I'd be happy to give you my two cents worth.
Oh, that's it.... lets all send $$ and then Big Daddy Splitcoast will smile! A dance would be good.... then the numbers of members might really soar! But, the IRS might think there is something going on if a bunch of stampin wild women start throwing money at some handsome man doing a happy dance. I think we'd be safe though.... we've got stamps to prove it!
Hmmmm, a secret about to be revealed....just as Spider Man is about to be unmasked,....anyone see the correlation? Who is it? Who IS Spiderman? Or, could it be that Beate is really Shelli in disguise, and to thank us LOYAL visitors she's going to reward us each with one set of EVERYTHING from the new catalog? Or could it be that JBalcer is going to be on the Presidential Ticket of a new Politcal Party? Her quick uploads got her noticed by the FBI, and they want her where they can see her. I wonder!!
I had a dream last nite that I lost my internet connection and missed the surprise! I woke up drenched in sweat and trembling! Please don't make me wait 3 more weeks! I just can't take it anymore!

I am one of those that bugs me to see a present sitting there unopened and not knowing what it is. I will be the first to admit that I sometimes open them carefully...... then look and close it back up very carefully. Hubby did that to me one Christmas had this box well he knows me.. wrapped it in a few boxes.. needless to say wasn't going through all that effort to see what it was..
Oh, pah-lease! Ask Beate. If I was going to manipulate the image, I'd give her the bigger chest she wants :oops: . She'll probably kill me for typing that. . . .and then I'd die, and she'd be imprisoned, and the secret would go undisclosed. How tragic would THAT be?!

Okay, I think I know the big secret! It's that Joleenieweenie is actually "Jolee" as in Jolee's Boutique. She's going to use everyone's avatar to make embellishments. All your pictures will be available for the public's stampin' pleasure for a low low price at a store near you! That includes Michael's, JoAnn Etc, and yes, even our Target stores! Am I close?
I've got it!!! Maybe they are organizing an SCS Convention. We will all meet in Hawaii for an all expenses paid vacation filled with free stamps, cardstock, and ink..2 weeks away...food is included, drink is included, hotel, everything...it's a trip for one, so our husbands, etc will pay for it all of course. Thats what it is!
