CAS08 � It�s A Sketch inspired by StampGroover
What is CAS?
The idea of CAS is to keep it Clean and Simple.
Definition: A clean and simple card has limited layers and sometimes just a card base. It leaves a lot of "open space". It uses little or no embellishments. Any techniques should be the old standard everyday kind like sponging, distressing and piercing. Limit the number of tools you use. Any colored images should be small and quick. Don't go overboard on tons of punches and embossing. CAS cards should be easy and quick.
This week we have a �sketch� challenge for you. This challenge was inspired by StampGroover�s gorgeous CAS card that you can see HERE.
Where you see the ribbon: It doesn�t have to be ribbon. It can be cardstock, a row of small stamped images, dry embossing, etc.
Where you see the flower: It can be any shape: stamped, punched, or pre-made embellishment, etc.

Uploading: Remember the keyword is without spaces. Use a comma between keywords with a space after each comma.
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!
Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows: One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Got to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
You�re done!

i love to see the challenge before i go to bed... my mind just reels and wonders and plans while i am drifting off to sleep. i even stamp in my dreams sometimes. how awesome is that!
anyway!

I do the same thing! LOL....I end up going to sleep sometimes with an idea in my mind and then the next morning wishing I would have gotten up to write it down cause sometimes I forget...but it helps me to go to sleep thinking of CAS cards to do....
