Please, STOP with the rumor that Provocraft is dumping Cuttlebug!!!!!!!! Enough already!!!!!
I was so disturbed by these rumors (floated by someone in England), that I contacted Provocraft and asked if it was true. I got a reply within an hour saying it was NOT true that they were discontinuing the Bug or it's products. I received a second e-mail from them later that same day enlarging on their explaination. The person sending the email said they had noticed a spike in the rumors recently and the only thing they could attribute it to was that they had not taken any new Cuttlebug products to CHA and people may have wrongly assumed that meant the Bug was a goner. She said they didn't take Cuttlebug product to CHA for the simple reason that they weren't ready to market it at that time. She stated further that there were lots of new folders coming out this spring and to watch for them. End of story.
If anyone doubts my story, please contact Provocraft directly and ask them yourself. In the meantime, it would be a kindness to refrain from spreading rumors about one of our favorite products during these troubled economic times. It's hard enough for a company to succeed in this economy, don't add to the burden with rumors and inuendos. :( Just my 2 cents on the subject!
