DGC018Template Time 3/3/09

Since I went over to the dark side-my favorite thing has become the
TEMPLATE--So It's Template Time I am not sure that all of your programs allow for templates, but if not then just use one of Sally's Sketches as your guide.
I have found a ton of FREE templates here http://www.ikeagoddess.com
but my favorite by far are the Yin templates because I like to scrap a lot of pictures. Her site is here http://yindesigns.blogspot.com/

and if you go to her blog you can still find a couple of freebies

So the ground rules- use a template-or a Sally's Sketch with more than 3 pics.

Here is an example of one of my lay-outs using a Yin Template

This time all the NAMES-can you tell I am hoping for greater participation- will go into a drawing from now until the end of March for a drawing for another album to alter! Every page you make will get you into the drawing.
The expiration date then to have your name in the drawing is April 7th so it will include all of the challenges from now until the end of March!

Valerie, you must have read my mind. I was thinking about a challenge using templates. I love using templates, because I am so challenged when it comes to doing a sketch. I like ikeagoddess.com too. Another site where you can find many templates is

Look in the right margin for more sites with free templates. I like M Originals and Simply Yin.

I am wondering what software programs everyone uses. I use PSP X2 and Photoshop Elements v6.

Great challenge once again. I have never used a template before, so this could be interesting

I am using PSE6 and am still very new at it, so I may be coming to you girls for help!

Oh, this should be fun! I use PSE3 and am currently testing PSE7, which I expect I'll buy when my trial is up. I haven't really used templates, so this is a good one for me.

I have one done with a template, but I have to wait until tomorrow or thurs to post when the template gets released, great challenge though, it seems like templates is all I use lately LOL!

OH, this is PERFECT! At Bouquet of Pixels, gotJPEGs? has 2 free templates HERE.

Pencil Lines also has free AWESOME templates HERE. I am already started on the challenge.

I made it through my first template! It was a little tricky at first, but once I figured out what I was doing it wasn't so bad. I even have another template picked out to use. I'll have to work on that one this weekend. Well, here it is! Thanks for the great challenge - without things like this I would never learn anything new!
