Default HELP me decide what to buy

Hello,
DH gave me $100 Visa prepaid ccard to spend on what I want. I would love to order from SO MANY on-line companies, So now I am unsure of what I really want.
Can you tell me what you would spend it on?

I already am placing $200 SU order so I want something else.

Do you already have some kind of die cut machine? If you didn't, I would go with that. Once you have the machine most of the dies and embossing folders are pretty affordable.

No I don't. I have been debating buying the BigShot for several months now.

I would buy the Big Shot. It is so versatile. You can use your nesties, all the different brands of dies. And you could pick up very reasonably priced dies in the Buy/Sell area of SCS.

I did vote for stamps but changed my mind. Seeing as how you already placed a really nice SU order I would take the money and buy a large purchase. A die cutting machine or some nesties. You could buy quit a few nesties with $100. Good luck with your decision

I would go with the Big Shot!! My Cuttlebug just broke and now I'm saving up my money to replace it with the Big Shot. Having a die cutting machine is so nice and is great for embossing!

I would go with the Big Shot if you don't have a die cutting machine. You can get the other items in smaller amounts which cost you less. The Big Shot is a big ticket item and you have free money to spend on it. Good luck with deciding.

I am very careful what I buy and make sure that I don't buy something that I won't use. Luckily for me, DH has been very generous over the years and let me build my collection of stamps, tools and embellies. If you don't own a die cutting maching, I would go with a Big Shot or Cuttlebug (which is more inexpensive and you can get some embossing folders to play with). One of these days, I will probably upgrade to a Big Shot but happy with my CB right now. You can easily buy the plates at Jo's or M's, are pretty reasonably priced (especially if you can use a coupon).

Happy Shopping!

I would use the GC at ritzcamera since you get free shipping on $100....and the big shot is only $65 there, so you would be able to get embellishments and other stuff too!!

I don't know what I would do without my Big Shot. Don't forget, it's Sale-a-bration time with SU so with every $50 you spend, you get to choose a FREE product from the SAB mini catalog--more for your money--something to think about. And if you order through a demonstrator's website (or are you a demonstrator?) you will receive the Spring Summer Idea Book & Catalog ($9.95 value) FREE!

I didn't pick either. Cause it's kinda hard to do so. I really don't know what you really want. or need!

My heart says to go for the Big shot machine.

Well, I LOVE my Nesties, but you do need a die cut machine to use them. So, if I could only spend $100, I'd get a Cuttlebug with a coupon and then whatever Nesties I could get with what was left over.

I voted for stamps...but I own so much paper and embellishments, that I'd rather buy non-consumable products. Have lots of fun shopping.

I'd use a 40-50% coupon and get the Big KICK, which is the same machine as the Big Shot but available at brick-n-mortar stores that will let you use coupons.

With the remaining $40-50, I'd buy some new dies (any brand will work in the BK) -- also with coupons, of course!

Definitely the die-cutting machine! You'll be able to do so much with it - embossing, embellishments made from felt/chipboard/transparencies, favor-sized boxes/pouches... You won't regret it!

I voted for the Big Shot since you don't already have a die-cutting machine. Just be warned - it's very addicting! But you WILL have a blast.

ETA: And I agree with the poster above - get the BIG Kick at Mike's or Joann or Hobby Lobby - wait until it's not on sale, use your 40% off. Or get it during some of Joann's 50% off all Sizzix sales they have. I have the BIGKick and I love it so much - it's a blast to use and every single day I craft, I am using my Big Kick. I go through plates every few months because I use them to death. And if you get the Big Kick for $50 or $60 that leaves you money to buy Sizzix dies or Nesties or Sizzix Embossing folders or Cuttlebug Embossing folders.....it's so much fun! You'll love it.
