This week’s inspiration challenge was suggested by Ann (abmurray) and Pam (Craftea19). The Artfull Bras Project (Page 1 & Page 2) is an exhibit of forty-nine one-of-a-kind works of art created by the members of Quilters of South Carolina to make the public aware of breast cancer, to memorialize those lost to the disease, and to honor survivors. Also, the bras seemed like the perfect inspiration for Valentine's Day.
I have uploaded three of the Artfull Bra creations, but feel free to use any of them for your inspiration. Since you can’t link directly to the individual pictures, link to the page that contains your inspiration piece and let us know the name of it.
Use the keyword: IC167 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.
ETA** I forwarded a gallery link to the creators of the bras, and several responded:
Thank you for sharing with us, I loved to see the cards and connecting them with the bras...I made the Monkey Bra and had a real laugh to see the cards inspired by the Monkeys, they are wonderful! Anita B.
Thanks for sending the link. The cards are great! Sandra
Thanks for sending Sandra the link to the cards done as a challenge using our guilds art bras. What creativity!! I have spent too much time just looking at them and reading about the gals that made them; but what fun. I added a comment to the card Judy made using my bra as her inspiration. It is just lovely and I am honored that she did this. Thanks to your group for encouraging more talk of this awful disease. Everyone knows someone, don't they? Judy Twitty
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.
Oh, this is just fun. Was falling asleep but I'm going to play. Thanks for the early post.

Here's my submission for this challenge. I used the Duckbill Mountains as my inspiration. The link is on the photo description page. I hope you like this and have a great evening/day. God bless you!
I chose the Rhinestone Cowgirl bra for my inspiration. What a talented group of artists that worked on that project and for such a great cause. IC167 Rhinestone Cowgirl by sleepyinseattle at Splitcoaststampers
Have a wonderful weekend y'all. I'll stop back in the morning to comment, I'm getting so sleepy.

Bwahahahahahahaha! When I first looked at the title, I thought it said "Artfull Brass" and then I'm wondering... 'what's with all the bras?' Guess I'm more tired than I thought. Thanks, Stef.
What a great website and worthy cause. Thanks Stef!
PS: I sure hope Mothermark plays tomorrow, don't you????

Yeah! Thanks for posting early so that I could play before going to bed. Saturday is going to be crazy and NOT a stamp day, so this is perfect. I used Boobs in Bloom (what a great name!) for my inspiration.
When I first looked at the attachments (without reading about it), I was like "what???" Then I found out the cause. I have to say some of the names just cracked me up. I hope I have time this weekend. I have lots to do and I'm not feeling that well (just a cold). But I really want to try. I have an idea for the "Look at those melons!" bra.

I stayed up again all night and went to take a picture of my card. Wouldn't you know it...the camera is DEAD. Maybe it's trying to tell me something, like go to bed. I'll upload it in awhile. Darn it.

Inspired by Buttons and Bows
Wow, some amazing art work there. I have my eye on another gorgeous one where I can indulge in my preference for not doing quick and easy, but to be going on with I combined one with yesterday's LSC to produce a VERY quick card. Now I'm off to see all the cards I missed yesterday but hope to back again. Thanks, Stef.
