PLEASE know that the regular Favorites thread is FABULOUS and I am in no way trying to detract from its wonderfulness with a CAS favorites thread. But judging from the warm response to my recent thread on CAS and the Limited Supply Challenge on Friday, I think there is room on SCS for a Favorites thread that highlights easily do-able, clean and simple cards. Some people love making inch-thick confections of gorgeousness, which are what gets highlighted most on the regular Favorites thread. Some people prefer simple and clean cards that, sadly, seem to get lost on that thread.
So this CAS Favorites thread is for those cards which don't require complicated techniques, that don't have lots of layers and embellishments, that don't require lots of tools or product to make, and that ARE clean and simple and EASY!
I encourage you to post your favorites from other stampers' galleries OR your own gallery. Let's celebrate Clean and Simple!
I just came over from the other thread and there are some I placed there that are CAS so I will give them the credit where credit is due. I love CAS cards, tho I think my thinking in what they are might be different than what I've seen, but here is what I fav'd this week.

Oh my word- thank you so much to Christine and to Miss Boo for mentioning my 2 cards here in this new thread! I am especially honored because I did not think that I was very good at them so this really helps boost my confidence and may encourage me to do them more often.
First of all Kudos to Susan (Lateblossom) for setting this thread up. You put your money where your mouth is. Thanks for that.
My favorites (Hard to chose, so many great cards to choose from):
Here's my top ten from the CAS (Clean and Simple) Gallery:

Well chap my hide! Who would have ever thought I would be favorited in a CAS thread!? Thanks so much for the vote of confidence! It really has made my day!!
Ditto...thank you for starting this thread. I too love the other Favorites Gallery and am always awed by the talent of individuals on this site. But so many times I need something CAS and welcome adding this thread to my Sunday morning review.
Wow! just came across this thread - thanks LateBlossom for the motivation to create more CAS cards. Also, thanks to LateBlossom, Miss Boo and Whim6915 for mentioning my card - you made my day!!
I wish I could upload my entire Fav gallery, because it is overwhelmingly filled with CAS cards. There are a very few that aren't, but I'm definitely a CAS-appreciator. Here are some older ones that I favorited some time ago:

Thanks Susan for starting this thread. While I love looking at the other favorites thread, I am a CAS card maker.
Most of my favorites have been mentioned but I want to add this one by LateBlossom. This is what CAS is all about - understated elegance.

I definitely look forward to incorporating more CAS into my style and life. Thank you so much Susan for bringing this to light. There's a lot of superb stampers out there and we've been missing. It's great to see different names on this Favorites List too rather than the usual handful weekly. I'm hoping this list will help us grow as stampers and paper crafters, and not become a clique pat on the back list.
I also wanted to add that hopefully we can be exposed to different galleries rather than the usual. I think that would be neat and I'm looking forward to that.
Thank you everyone for embracing the idea of a CAS favorites thread. Keep your eyes out this week for beautiful new CAS cards for a thread next Sunday. keep adding to this one, too!
I've been inspired by so many wonderful cards today and in Friday's CAS challenge from Miss Boo that I'm just bursting with ideas and hope you all are, too!
Thanks, Annie and Martha, for your kind comments, and everyone else as well!
I am humbled beyond belief that my card has been selected this week! Thank you Franb63, csmilham, and Miss Boo for memtioning my card. There were so many fabulous cards to choose from. Thanks for reminding us to keep it simple! (Sorry Im late with this reply, my friend debils alerted me to this thread this morning.)
