We are going to use the color wheel today. If you don't have one or are not familiar with using the color wheel, here is a site that will help color wheel . For this challenge you must use Complementary Colors.
Complementary colors are opposite each other on the color wheel. They can be any shade and if you are using patterned paper that has other colors that is fine as you need a little "spice" now and then, but your colors should be dominant.
The OPD (One Page Doc, aka: Master Challenge Thread) that includes all challenges on one page for your printing convenience can be found here: OPD

------------------------------------------- Weekly Challenge Line Up:
As always, Peggy, I really like your challenge. I should be able to incorporate it into any page I manage to get done in the next week!
I just want to thank you, Peggy, for coming up with these challenges for us every week. I know I don't always get to do them, but I always enjoy what you come up with and do try to utilize them when I get time to scrap.

Ooh, Peggy, I've been wearing out my color wheel lately, so this is so perfect!! I'm off to see what colors to play with. (Very cool site with the color wheel link, btw! Thank you!)

thanks Jennie! I love that site so you can move the wheel around. guess I'm easily entertained.
about the picture on my LO - Katie thinks it's pretty funny that I'm missing teeth.:mrgreen::mrgreen:
I used pink and lime as my colors, and I really liked sticking to just those. Normally I would have probably added a third (or fourth!) color but this is really nice. I didn't notice before that I almost always use the "coordinating" colors from the wheel, not complementary, so thank you very much for the new experience!
I finished mine! Wow, it's hard to use those colors if you are not used to working with them! So here's my walk on the wild side.

I've done 2 more pages for my dgs 1st bday (he's 5 now). Had each guest choose CS and write something to him and sign it. Then I took pictures of everyone to put on "their" page. Is a great way of having him remember those he doesn't get to see often. This challenge worked well since I had some odd colors to work with. TFL
