background templates?

Hi. I'm a new blogger. Where does everyone get their background templates (free ones?). I got mine from "cutest blog on the web" - I think that's what it's called, but was just looking for other recommendations.

Mine is from Cutest Blog on the Web too. I looked at a few other sites, but the links didn't work well, so I stuck with CBOTW

Wish they weren't down! I accidentally deleted my template, and now my blog looks ugly. :(
