I haven't seen anyone post about the size (width) of the gingham ribbon. Does it say? I'm hoping it's 1/4" like the Offray ribbon and not 7/8" (?) like CTMH.
Is it a better price than CTMH? I was ready to order from them just yesterday but once I heard SU was going to carry it I thought I would wait. I know most of the ribbon and accessories tends to be a better price with SU.

the little box around the ribbon..........look at the small print...........the ribbon and the wheel guide will be in next years catty as well as the upcoming MINI'S!!!
I'll be sure to let you know! I'm still waiting for my November Stampin' Success. I'll be calling DS if I don't have both by the end of the week. I'm just not very patient when it comes to this stuff - I WANT IT NOW!!
I did get the magazine... but I NEED the mini!!! I have preschool duty today... in the rain... with 13 4-year-olds cooped up in one tiny room... I NEED to look at pretty things! I just cannot even imagine what the gingham ribbon even looks like... sounds ugly, and I am sure it is not... so all this talk about something I just cannot picture... Waa!!! Maybe we should call HQ NOW!!! Can they stuff the mini thru the phone??? :(
I just re-checked the price of the CTMH ribbon - 22 yds for $15.95 ($.73/yd) -- SU 15 yds for $6.95 ($.46/yd). WOW that is a huge difference. YEA SU!!!

I just got back from JoAnn's. They have gingham ribbon. It is 5/8", 5 yards for 1.99 that's .39 a yard. I am SURE it isn't as nice as SU's, but it will hold me.
I got lavendar and yellow, they also had pink, black and red, I think.
I am a gingham freak. I wish they'd put out a gingham BG stamp.

I guess I will have to wait to see the mini for myself but I am wanting to know the secrets too!!!!! I didn't buy any mini sets this time as I hate thinking I will spend the money and it won't be in next years..so if there is a secret to be known, you must share!

I believe someone said that it actually stated in the mini that those items would be in the next big catty.
Yes they will be in the next catalog! I just got my mini today. I will cross my fingers for you to get yours today too! I know how hard it is to wait. Pretty good when you start stalking your poor mailperson! Hee hee :lol:

WOW so happy to hear from you all that SU is going to have gingham. I've been putting off ordering some from CTMH. Call me cheap, but I didn't want to pay $15.95 (22yds).
I'm not a demo so when will that be available for me to order?
I was out all morning and came home hoping to find my mini in my mail. But it is a no show still!!!! I want to see it so bad - I even paid to have SU mail one to me along with my customers (I have gotten a mini before where it was just the cover! :shock: ).
Anxiously awaiting the mini here in Maryland!!!

Gingham Ribbon Question - new winter mini
Kendra, maybe we are being "shunned"... I keep searching my junk mail to see if I threw it out by accident... I am going to call HQ if I don't have it by tomorrow... especially if you get it today!
