Here is a link to my card. Northwoods by Badger53186 at Splitcoaststampers In the editing screen it is right side up, here it is sideways. I am sure this is a carbon based error of some kind, but I have tried rotating it in the editing mode and no matter what way it points, it is always sideways in the gallery.
Hm, I see it right side up, but it's a mirror-image of what it should be. I'll grab it and make it right. It'll take a little while for it to show up, but it will be good soon!
I've been having the same problem with some of my pics...the cards that are landscape are fine but the portrait ones turn sideways when I try to upload them...I deleted the ones that loaded wrong because, even when I tried to edit them on the "Edit Photo" page and turn them counter clock wise, they still ended up sideways. Is there some kind of trick I'm not aware of??
After I "submitted" my first card it gave me the screen where I would rename the card. I completed it and it showed up in my gallery. Then I "submitted" my second card. After waiting it went to a white page. I had tried uploading this numerous times.
Any suggestions? I don't want the card to show up numerous times.
TIA
If this is not the place to seek help, please excuse me. I can't seem to find a forum for computer illiterate old people, so I'll try here and at least be directed to someone who can help me. Yesterday I uploaded a card. That's the only day my daughter in law is here to give me any help. She left and I tried on my own. Somehow I hit the wrong key and my card is there twice and neither time did I have the opportunity to complete the information on supplies used. Sorry I can't give you a link to it, but I have NO idea how that is even accomplished.
My questions are: How do I remove one of the duplicate cards and how do I edit my download to add the additional information?

Shirley, take a deep breath! Now go onto your gallery when you click on your picture at the bottom right there is the word edit. Click edit, if you want to delete go down to the bottom and fund the delete option and click that, it will remove your extra card. To add info click edit and go into the fields you want to add or change and hit submit changes, it might take a while for the changes to show up in your gallery. Hope this helps

That sounds like the "White Screen of Death", which happens sometimes when either SCS has problems or if you (in the general sense here) have problems with your internet connection.
I looked in your gallery, and I see your upload of the birthday cards in different colors. I don't see multiple uploads of anything.
My suggestion is just to try it again when you have the chance.
Also, you may want to read this post by Jenn Balcer, which contains many helpful tips for posting your creations in the SCS gallery: Forums at Splitcoaststampers

Jen, the edited changes won't show up instantly. Sometimes it takes the gallery a few hours to process the edited changes; sometimes it takes up to 24 hours.

Nicely said, Cathleen.
Shirley, if you were talking about your Key to My Heart card, I'm guessing that you followed Cathleen's suggestions because there is just one of them in your gallery and the details are listed.

Thanks, Patricia! Hope all is well with you...congratulations on your "Moderatorship"! Four weeks and six days 'til Daytona...but who's counting??
