Delene - are you referring to the cd calendars? If so -
1. You can order cd calendar cases from www.effectuality.com These are really nice because they flip the right way and there's a little ledge to hold the calendar in place. The come in the regular size and a smaller size.
2. I attached the template for the smaller calendar. Got it from someone on this site - sorry I can't remember who!
I'm happy to help. I made a bunch of the cd calendars to sell at a craft fair and to give away as gifts (did you know that 12 months times 40 calendars = 480 stamped pages done in one week?) Needless to say, I'm taking a break from calendars
LEt me know if you have a trick...I tried to stamp a calendar and frankly it was monotonous and boring...blah!
I had to tape of the stampable area then stamp then move on the next...I just kept thinking that I was spending more time taping off than actually stamping...that bugged me.
I printed master templates for each calendar size and took my paper to Kinko's and had them copy it. Then I cut each one to size - this is when me and carl cutter became best friends I did use the fiskars cutter to cut the smaller calendars down to an approprite size.
Once I got them cut out, I created one calendar and then stamped the same thing on each them. If you are making a bunch of these - the best solution I found was to group by month and do all of January, all of February, etc. That way you aren't going back and forth between stamps and months.
I downloaded a calendar page, it has all months and its on 1 page, so then I cut the months out, and glue them on already made 5x5 ( or what ever the size is).
It made it easlier than masking, and taping over and over.
I have not ordered yet, so I'm not sure of the extra fee's, I sent them a email, I needed to know if they shipped to APO,AP adresses.
