I have some photos of these on my blog.
I love making these, and I think they come out gorgeous. All you need is one piece of 12 x12 (or 2 coordinating pieces of 6x12), paper trimmer, 3" styrofoam ball, straight pins, ansd some ribbon.

Once you have the paper cute & folded, it goes very quickly to pin the pieces onto the styrofoam ball.
