I really need some help coming up with some male gift ideas (for dads, brothers, in-laws, etc.). Does anyone have ANY ideas?? What can you make for GUYS?? Ugh!
My husband really likes those Composition books....He even makes them with me. You just need to make them in masculine colors with Masculine stamps...I'm also making the men in our lives....stamped ornaments for Christmas....I'd assume anything that holds food would go over well with them too...Is he single??? maybe a set of coasters...Can't wait to see what others suggest...
thanks for the ideas & response. I've got mine & my husbands DADS, both of our BROTHERS (& a bro-in-law), and a family FRIEND. Only one is single and for last christmas I did make him coasters. What does your husband use the comp book for?
For Christmas last year, I stamped a "cover" for the stovetop Jiffy Pop popcorn container (basically just a circle, then bend the edges of the container up enough that you can slip the CS in, and cut an extra half circle for a pocket), and slid in a gift card for Blockbuster. I wrapped it up with some other theater size candy goodies, and it was a hit! HTH
Kendra,
I am not sure if you are looking for only Stampin ideas or not but my husband has suggested Amazon.com Gift Certificates for himself....He also loves renting movies so that would be an option and you could stamp a little envelope to put it in.....we went to our squadron Christmas party last year and there was a $15 gift limit so we went to blockbuster and purchased a gift card for 2 rentals, the bucket of popcorn, some sort of candy and put two sodas in it - it was a hit and the airman fought over it!!
Men are so hard to buy for especially the father and FIL YIKES!! I have not a clue what we are going to do this year for them.....I got my husband a magazine subscription a couple years back - he thought that was neat.
I am interested in what others have come up with..

My BIL's really like gourmet coffee. You could put it in a cello and stamp a topper. Or put it in a mug and stamp some tissue paper for it. Espresso yourself would be a perfect set if you have it.
Does it have to be stamped? I bought my boyfriend one of those mini RC cars from the Discovery Channel store for his birthday this year -- blue to match his Jetta -- and he loved it. I've also given him a picture frame to hold the photo taken of us at an amusement park, and a copy of a Veggie Tales video that had him rolling the first time he saw it!
Hope these ideas help!

Last year I made my husband a small notebook to keep track of gas mileage, tune-ups and things for his truck... He's into details and loved it. I used a page from an old map for the cover paper (over cardboard) and made a little slot to hold a pencil for him. Then the inside pages have a heading for mileage, gallons of gas in one section -- the next section has a different color of paper and that is for notes and phone numbers and stuff. He really seems to like it and if it needed to be a stamped gift you could stamp guy stuff on the front cover (Stampin Up had a map background stamp but I think that is retired).
