Stephanie will be back again next week! I'm happy to be filling in for her and I hope you enjoy this week's challenge!! (Thanks Steph!!)
This week's inspiration is festive and colorful! Go to the Holiday Wrap Sheets collection (here)by Whimsey Press web page and select one (or more!) of their fun wrapping papers. (Tip -- when you click on a sample from the web page to see it up close, there's a link at the top of the picture to see the "other side", they're all 2-sided wrap sheets.) I've attached some of them below for you to quickly see, but be sure to check out the website and choose any of them (front or back) that make you smile!
How to Play ~ View the attached images or check out the link. Get your inspiration from the colors, style, detail or even the subject, just whatever kicks your mojo into gear!! Enjoy wherever your creative journey takes you today! Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ There are no rules and no card is 'wrong'. There is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge.
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site).
Thanks so much for joining in everyone! I hope this helps kick your holiday mojo into high gear!!
Thank you for filling in Anne and great challenge! I'm thinking maybe I can grab a sheet of really cool Christmas DP, slap it on some nice, thick Papertrey white and call it a day! Ha. Anyhow, I'm going to upload a ton of pics right now because I took my B vitamins at like 9 p.m. and they're big time kicking in so I altered all of the jars that I keep my Prismas in, markers, etc. My Copics are on a rail system and I'm not that hyper right now to tackle that.
good morning!
my card is an inspiration from all the dots and colors, just kind of mixed them all together in my head and this is the results! TFL! LET IT SNOW!

Awesome inspiration pieces!!! I made this card a couple of days ago, but tought it would go so well with the wrapping ....I had to show it here on SCS - hope that's okay???
Hi! Wow! Great inspiration today...I wanted to make a card for my neighbor's daughter who is in a rock band. Speedy the Cat ADORES here! She's a really "Girly Girl" so when I saw the wrapping paper that was in the various shades of Pinks with Flowers and brown ribbon, I KNEW that I'd have to use that one for today's card...
Can't wait to play with so many choices here. Thanks for another great challenge!

I loved the tree wrapping paper. I had just bought this Hampton Art stamp in the dollar bin at AC Moore last night, so this was perfect for today's challenge.

What beautiful papers! The Boughs of Whimsy reminded me of SU!'s beautiful Bella Rose papers- and the sketch needed a bird- so I did a little rerun from previous card elements. Hope you like it:

What a fun challenge this was!!! I usually don't get to stamp too much on Saturday afternoon but because it is a long weekend it worked out for me to get some "stamp time" in!
