I am planning on posting a series of "Use your stash" type challenges. If you are like me you have some scrappy items on your Christmas list and need to use up what you have in preparation of getting new things!!!
Today it's patterned paperscraps. The good thing about this technique is it doesn't really matter what papers you use, seems like if they don't match even better!!! I really need to make a bunch of these to have on hand.
I found this blog with a great tutorial on making Lollipop flowers http://labeltulip.blogspot.com/ Don't forget to leave her some "Blog love" we all like to know we are appreciated!
Scroll down to the November 4th post - "Scrap Love" and watch the short video, it is worth it!
The OPD (One Page Doc, aka: Master Challenge Thread) that includes all challenges on one page for your printing convenience can be found here: OPD
If you have any questions please feel free to contact any one of the SBCT (scrapbook challenge team)via pm or simply post your question in this thread.
Good morning! Great idea Peggy. I'm always looking for semi-mindless things to do while waiting for my kids at their dance practice - for nearly 3 hours. I can get a lot of circles cut in 3 hours. :0)

thanks Jennipher. we'll see if it ends up being much of a series, I only have ideas for a couple more, but hey, that's better than none
I would love to see the tutorial, but it looks like she took it off. I looked in the Nov. 4th thread and there is only a link to another thread. Am I doing something wrong?

please try again, I just looked and it was there. it's a You Tube tutorial, a black box, you have to click on the button on the left under the black box (reminds me of a turned off tv ;) ) and that will load it. please post again if you figured it out or not.

I still didn't get the lollipop youtube links to pop up. I don't know what is wrong, but it only shows those in the felt flower post, not in the Nov. 4th one. Anyhoo - no worries. I just went to youtube and looked up the video.
Can't wait to try it!!

There will be NO SBVC on Wednesday, November 26th. I am assuming most of you will be to busy baking your pumpkin pies to check in here anyway. I will see you on December 3rd.;) Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
