I'll warn you. If you ordered REcipe box, the sheet with all the 7 recipe separators were bad. They didn't stamp very clearly. They are sending me a replacement, but I just wanted to give you heads up!

Uh oh. No recipe box this time but I was considering it for my release date order. Thanks for the heads-up.
It really helps NOT to order on or shortly after the release date. Ordering the week before a release date almost always ensure fabulous delivery times!

In all fairness to PTI, not all the Recipe Sets were bad. Just a small few. Mine stamps perfect! I couldn't be happier with it. PTI is very good about standing by their product and they are already fixing the problem for those who had issues. I've only heard of 2 people having a problem out of hundreds(probably thousands) of people that ordered the set. I wouldn't worry about ordering the set. If by chance you do get a defective set, PTI will fix it for you!
Definitely order well after the release date or just before it. Delivery is much faster. They get overwhelmed with orders on release dates and it takes a while for them to catch up. I've always been very happy with their customer service and they certainly do the best that they can when they are swamped with orders. Of course, sometimes they run out of items after a release but I love the fact that items that are not in stock will not show up in your shopping cart. At least you know right away whether or not they have the item.

Yes, so far only 2 have posted it, and this is one and only time I have had a defect. This is one of the few times I didn't order the day of initial release, and I am kicking myself now, because I needed that stamp set for my craft fair items for next weekend, and now I won't be getting it in time to get great stamped images.
I only threw that in there, because it sounded like she was planning to use them for a project this weekend, that's all.
PTI is getting me replacements, but not in time to be able to make my items for a craft fair.
So happy you are happy! I placed an order just days ago and it showed up last night - at 7:00 pm! That poor UPS driver was out there in the dark - it gets earlier now but I guess they keep on going! Superb products and delivery time.
