IFC15: 11/10/08 Designing with Photo Shoot Outtakes
I would like to say thanks to everyone who participated in last weeks IFC14. Your layouts were great. And I know there are some of you who still plan to submit one and I am looking forward to seeing those as well. Now for this week...
We've all got them. Several photos we've taken in a photo shoot trying to get that perfect shot. And even though we love the perfect shot, we just can't part with the outtakes. And, no one says you have to. Use them on a scrapbook page with the perfect shot as the focal point. Another example is several photos from the same event. Sometimes they are all pretty close in what they contain, yet somehow slightly different and you need them to tell the whole story.
Your challenge for this week is to use photos that fit either one of the criteria mentioned above to design your page with.
Our first sample this week was provided by SweetCrafterBee. A special thanks to Renee for providing this great layout that inspired this challenge: Simply the best Cousins
Now it's your turn!;) Please use the keywords IFC15 for all layouts submitted for this challenge. Also remember to post a link in this thread so we don't miss out on what you created.

Oh, this will be fun! I was just showing my DH some photos the other day of my DGD who loves to make faces--it's hard getting a photo where she's looking *good* at the same time as everyone else.
And I just finished a dps using a quote that I hope to get posted tomorrow once I get photos taken.
Thanks for the great ideas--you're doing an amazing job as hostess, Jennipher!

Thanks Wendy for your kind words. Can't wait to see your pages. ;)
This is one of my fav ways to do a page...it is RARE for any photo in my possession ends up in the trash! hehehe
LOVE the samples!!!
I agree. I am definitely one of those scrappers who feels the need to scrap every photo. And I somehow manage to get them all on a page for the event or holiday that they go with. I just don't scrap chronologically as these are Christmas photos from 2005.:p
THis was fun--almost like I didnt have to do anything--these pics of blackberry picking fit the challenge perfectly--it was either these or when DH scraped up the truck going through one of the drive through trees--but that will be done later

I think nearly all of my pages could qualify for this challenge!!! However, recently I have been trying harder to delete or remove the pictures that aren't quite as good.
Here is my entry. My 5 year old daughter loves to "pose" as you can see.

Love this page, Peggy. I have a set of *in front of the tree* photos that remind me of this--only I had 4 or 5 people--that's always fun to try and get a good shot of everyone at the same time! Love the b/w in there with the 2 color shots.
I've wanted to do this challenge and finally found some time. I always have lots of out-take shots, but I thought these photos of the three girls were really cute.

Thanks for looking!
Great challenge, Jennipher! Happy New Year!!
Wendy,
You forgot your link!!! It's okay, I'll just find it under the key word search. Glad you found time to play.
