Linking help

I may be in the wrong place to post this question - just please direct me whehre to go! I finally started a blog and wanted to include a link in my SCS' signature. I found the "add link" button, but I can't figure out how to link without the whole address in there (http://add-ink.blogspot.com instead of "add-ink"). I see some of you just have your titles w/an underline & if I click on it, it will take me to your blog. Can someone help me figure out how to do that, too?

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

OK, I'm gonna give it a shot!
You know where you go to add stuff to your signature? Highlight the words, then click the add link button (the world with chain). In the box that pops up you put the URL, then click OK. The edit box should have a bunch of HTML, but the preview box should show what it looks like.

:confused: I don't know why, but when I click "insert link" nothing happens - no dialog box pops up for me to insert the URL. I just do NOT have good luck with this stuff for some reason.

Did you highlight the signature first?
Type only what you want to see in the edit box, then select (highlight) one or more words with the mouse. While it's still selected, click the add link box.
It's easiest if you've highlighted & copied your blog addy BEFORE you do this. Then when/if the box shows up you can just paste the blog addy in the box (make sure http doesn't stay there twice).
What browser are you using? Do you have pop up blocker on? That would certainly affect it. I know that on my toolbar there's a spot for pop up blocker - you have to allow pop ups from SCS in order for it to work.
Those are the only reasons I can think of - but I'm no guru! :mrgreen:
