I started with a great idea for this card, and then, *poof*! What does it need? (I know it needs a lot )
Thanks for the much-needed help! Here it is...
I would stamp another set of the orange leaves and pop-dot them up. Or maybe some liquid glass to make them shiny. I think a sentiment in a circle piece would be good on the lower right side. You could also lightly sponge the edges of the card with matching ink colors.
But great card so far. Perfect for this time of year.
I would probably add another leaf stamp in the open space near the top, middle part of the tree. I love layers so would layer the top panel over a rust panel to make the rust leaves 'pop' more. I agree with others that something across the bottom would help...either ribbon w/bow or ribbon with sentiment in HPH, or just a layered sentiment.

First off what you have so far is great. First I'd add another layer of cardstock beneath your main image to make it stand out more (really rust would help bring out the leaf color). Then I'd stamp additional leaves and pop them up for dimension. A little ribbon (I have an addiction) and if you really wanted to you could add a layered sentiment popped up as well. I just love this set and need to ink it up soon. Thanks for sharing.

I just wanted to say that your card is gorgeous and using a few of the suggestions giving: ribbon, added layer under your tree, popping out some leaves, and a sentiment will make your card WOW!!!
Thanks for sharing-and don't forget to share your final project. It will be stunning. And now there is another stamp set on my wish list. :-)
I'd just put a sentiment on the bottom so the person knows why they are receiving it. No need for the "extras". The tree was meant to be just as it is.
I'd add:
a layer of colored CS under the image
Ribbon, probably across the bottom and either tied with a bow or with a buckle.
I'd either add some popped up leaves on top of the ones already there or scatter a few falling ones.
a sentiment in the lower corner( left or right)
Sponge the edges of the white CS in like rust or Mustard..or both....
the part that sticks out is all the white space. if you can soften that up, it will be wonderful.
Nice card and I love the idea of yelllow ribbon on the trunk and a sentiment. Perhaps adding a little bird on the limb or single leaves falling to the ground.

I would put a sentiment on the bottom in some hardware or an oval punch with the ribbon woven behind the oval. Very good start. I have this set, but have not used it yet.
