Anyone get a PTI shipping notice yet?
Just wondering because when I usually order at midnight I get a shipping notice in one day. So far I haven't received one. Please don't get me wrong I know that 2 days is not a long time but it is not PTI's usual time frame. Any thoughts?

I ordered yesterday evening and I have not received a notice yet. The last time I ordered I got a shipping notice the next day, but it wasn't around a release either.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping maybe I just didn't rec. the notice and it was sent out though. My other thought was maybe they are so busy trying to get ready for the cruise that they are behind on shipping.

I haven't received mine either! Last time I ordered it was around new release's and it was a couple of days before I received my notice.

Don't worry, the cruise will NOT delay shipping. As far as I know, there are no problems and everything is going just as it should. It is possible, though, that your order was shipped UPS; if that is the case, you won't usually receive an email notice. HTH!  |

I ordered about 5 minutes after the release and got my shipping notice this morning. My projected delivery date is Monday (which of course can't come fast enough!)

I got my shipping notice yesterday, and I ordered about 12:15am. The notice said it was going out in the mail today. I forgot all about the cruise, so it is nice to hear that it won't delay our orders!

Just got my notice. It was sent UPS not USPS like it usually is ( probably more cost effecient) . Glad it's on it's way. It's just too bad it was sent UPS because if it was sent USPS I'd probably have my goodies on Saturday. Oh well I'll just have to practice patience.

I was getting a little concerned since PTI is usually so efficient with their notices. I thought maybe their was a problem even though I got an order number. I'm glad others are having a similar problem.

I placed my order yesterday at noon and it doesn't say shipped when I check my order status...but it does say orders placed right after the monthly release can take 2-5 days to ship.

I bought mine the morning after, as always. I usually receive a shipping notice the next day. It's been 2/3 days and no email yet. I know last time they were delayed because of a storm. But I'm not sure about this time.

Hi! I ordered at 12:10 am and received a ups shipping notice yesterday at noon (my order usually comes by usps). My delivery date is today so I am pretty much staring out the window.....waiting!!!

I got my shipping notice today (UPS). I was bummed because I won't get it until the 22nd. If it was sent USPS I would have it by Monday or Tuesday. I miss their super fast shipping days. It's a price to pay when you are dealing with a SUPER popular company!

I just got my notice that it "shipped 10/20" so obviously it's packed and ready to go out USPS first thing Monday. I placed it the morning of the 15th.

If the package weighs a lot or is really big, they send it UPS, to save on costs. But if your package isn't very heavy, it still goes USPS. I have found that if I order a lot of paper it gets sent UPS. So I try not to order the really big packs of paper. My first order this month was sent USPS. But I ordered 3 egg boxes in my second order, so I imagine that will be sent UPS. I still think their shipping is super fast. Faster than my SU orders have been for the last 6 months!

I ordered right at midnight and got some paper so mine went UPS. It was delivered on Friday. We are working on the house though so I only got to put everything together and didn't get to stamp :(

I ordered right at midnight, I received a shipping notice the next day, and received my package on Saturday. I ordered two of the large packs of paper (the green and the new aqua color), three stamp sets, 6 rolls of ribbon, and two stamp pads, and my order was shipped USPS. Hope this helps!

Hmmmmm...placed my order the day after the release and still nothing...I was really hoping to get my new stuff sometime this week but I can be patient! I did order lots of paper so who knows how they will ship it.

I never got a notice...and I also placed my order by noon the day after the release. When I checked my order status it did say it was scheduled to ship on Monday.
So maybe check your order status and you will see if/when it was/will ship. __________________

For those that ordered a lot of stuff, or 12x12 paper, those usually come UPS, which always takes longer than Priority Mail does. I can remember getting antsy with past orders, lol, and it was always because I'd forgotten that larger packages go UPS.

I ordered at 6 a.m. the morning of the 15th and still nothing, and nothing shows up when I check the order. I started paying the extra for UPS shipping several months because I live only 2 hrs away in Indy (I'm assuming they're still shipped from Cincy), Priority mail was taking 7 to 10 days to get my order, plus our maillady likes to stand in the yard and see if she can hit the porch when she throws my packages! Since I've switched to UPS I get my order the next day after it's shipped. I'm just hoping by some miracle I get my order today since I ordered supplies for Christmas gifts!! Love my PTI!!

Me too. I ordered Thurs morning. I got 2 24 sheet packages of cardstock, a 40 sheet package of cardstock, 2 thingie of ribbon, a stamp set and 2 stamp pads.
Mine went USPS. Priority mail (other than flat rate envies and boxes) is priced by zone. So it's expensive to ship USPS to Calif from OH, but not so much from OH to VA. So I think that's why some people can order tons of Cardstock and it still goes USPS and others get UPS. |

I never did get my shipping notice, but I got my package today! (Ordered at lunch after release.) YAY!!
I got 3 sets, some CS, ribbon, silver marker and a punch to play with....but my SU order came today too, so they have to share playtime. LOL

I never got a shipping notice either but my order just arrived by USPS.
I ordered on Friday
I forgot to order my darned Avocado ribbon so I am a little sad!
