how many hours a week would you be pleased if you stamped? I don't mean the weeks when we have a big project to get out...but just an ordinary week....how many stamping hours would you like to see happen, just to feel good about what you accomplished that week?
wish I knew how to set up a poll...if anyone wants to do that....that would be great!
I would like to have a schedule....I squeeze it in....Work Ft and volunteer for too many things at school and through 4-H I guess.....that takes a bunch of weekend/evening time. But, if I could actually stamp/construct an hour each day I would be happy....I spend 2-3 hours weekly filing ideas, organizing stash and sorting for multiple project making.

I'm blessed--I'm on the other side of the world, no children, grandchildren. My husband goes to work at 6:30 in the morning, if I like, I'm stamping or creating by 7:00 and I'm at it until around 4 in the afternoon!! Here in the UAE, everyone has cleaning ladies--so they clean, do laundry, iron---I know, I'll be EXTREMELY spoiled if I ever move back to the states!!!

The United Arab Emirates---You've probably heard of Dubai. I live in Ras Al Khaimah, about 45 miles north of Dubai. I can look out my craft room window and see the Persian Gulf.

I'm looking forward to coming home in about 5 weeks and shopping my heart out---I'm limited on supplies here and it costs too much to ship from the states. Last time I had one suitcase completely full of paper, cardstock, stamps and goodies.!!

I would love to do this for a job.
Whenever i go on scrapbooking retreats for the whole weekend, I always feel like I'm "showing up to work" with my coffee and my purse sitting down at my "desk" and I always think I should be doing this instead of what I do.
LOL!
I am off work during the summer so I get much more time to craft! During the school year I would like to get an hour a night M-Th and 3 or 4 hours F,S,S so 13-16 hours a week! Maybe if I didn't spend some of those hours on the computer i'd get more done!

Two hours a day would make me happy; esp now that I still have holiday cards to make as well as my son's birthday invites to do (fortunately, that's only 10); not to mention I want to get a collection of birthday cards made to have on hand when needed
I would love to be able to create for an hour a day on average. But being 25 weeks preggo with a super active almost 4-year old, that hasn't been happening. Hoping if I clean things up in my stamp area I might be inspired to do something creative each day (before I get too tired at night). : )

2-3 hours a day would be ideal for me, but I can usually work in 1-2 hours three or four days a week. Big projects suck up a lot more time, but I have to let a lot of real life go without me (mostly cleaning...my house becomes a sty!). This means that when they are over, it might be a few weeks before I even set foot in my craft room. So sad....
I am going to try to have a "schedule" this winter. DH likes to watch sports
non stop when he can (now Politics and news financial new etc so I'm watching too) That would give me a couple of hours a nite for stampin...
But I'll say 1 hour a day...and more on the weekends when my house work is done..(can't relax till it's done)

My children are all grown..28 year old just moved home...shoot was looking forward to the empty nest..oh well...My hubby travels mon-fri so I spend a lot of time in my craft room. At least 3 hours per night and a lot of time on weekends...love my room. So probably over 30 hours per week in my happy place. Blessings. oh..plus I have a maid so I dont have to worry about housekeeping.
My daycare kids sleep from 12:30-3:00 almost every day without even turning over.
I just need to make myself be creative during this time.
This past week I worked on tying ribbons on the little $1.00 Target buckets and filling them with candy for my meeting last night.
I have also tied ribbon on 9 clipboards that have been Modge Podged with patterned paper since this time last year. They WILL be finished and given as presents this year.
With no children at night and on the weekends I have more than enough time. I am just not good about using it.:(

I have more than enough time to stamp and play, I am a homemaker with no children yet. I only work outside the house an hour a day, which I started doing just to have spending money for stamps. My problem is that I spend too much time here on the internet lol, drooling over everyone elses projects and planning my purchases accordingly.
The major thing that takes my time away from stamping though, is my 7 month old puppy...
<----------- That's him there! I can't wait till he's well behaved enough to come into my stamp room lol!

I am retired and i would love 2hrs. a day, just to stamp! I get all my things out and there they stay on my table, off to do something that DH wants or the GC., or someone needs help. This is good and i'm not complaining. I am just a slow stamper. Things are getting slower here so maybe i will get to all my Christmas cards and gifts i want to make. Please wish me luck!
since i am the maid, dishwasher, laundress, and chef, (and i work a full time job and my wonderful DH works full and part time)i hope for 7-10 hours a week.

what would make me incredibly happy is to be able to stamp 24/7!!!! Seriously though, I stamp every Saturday, and boy am I cranky, if for some reason, I can't! I also usually stamp for an hour or so two or three nights a week--longer if I can get away with it, and my hubby will fix supper. This stamping hobby of mine is more like an obsession and seems to have taken on a "life of one's own" so to speak....
I would be happy with an hour or 2 a day. Some weeks I get that, some weeks I get none. I have 3 kids, all in school, but my to do list always seems like it is a mile long. Some weeks I toss the to do list and just stamp.

I too work full time (plus two more jobs on top of that) so lately if I could get an hour every two nights to sit and play, i'm happy.. i aim for more hours on the weekend, maybe two or three.. so 6-7 hours total a week..

I would love to stamp everyday allday but I can get by with 2-3 hours a night and more on weekends. I find myself scheduling nothing on weekends just so I can "fit" in stamping. When my DH calls and says he's working late or hanging out with buddies I try to fly home and just create.
I would love to have an hour or two in the evenings. Sometimes during the week I might get an hour or two. On the weekends I spend a couple of hours in there if I'm not doing house projects, working in the garden, or helping at the farm. When the MN winter starts (which should be any time now) I'll be in there more often. ;)
