Show us your Christmas cards
Hello!
I am actually trying to start my Christmas cards. Last year a few people did not get them as I had no time. DH has ordered me to stamp!!!! Yeah I almost fainted when I heard that!!!
Anyway, I am wondering what Christmas card creations you have all come up with for this year?

I have about 5 Christmas cards in my gallery if you care to look. Just remember I am a newbie at making cards and certainly see many things I
would do differently now, add a ribbon, use a dauber, so much. Maybe next
year I'll be much better.

In 2006 a Christmas Card Challenge was started. The object of the challenge was to make 10 identical cards each month, with each month being a different design.

Christmas Cards
I told myself I would start making C-cards in September, as last year I made somewhere around 50-60 on top of making the invitations to my son's birthday party, who just happened to be born on Christmas Day! This year I challenged myself to get ideas from SCS for every SU stamp set I own; so far I've managed to create 2 designs of 12 each for the snowflake spot (versamark resist on glossy CS) and CB'd embossing on a single layer of Kraft and embellished with Stickles. I have another 7 or so designs to come up with but if I keep it simple, I can create 10-12 cards in an hour or so. Now, to come up with the time.....LOL!

I started teaching Christmas Card classes at the store I work at in September... it's a series of 3 classes, five cards each class. So far I have posted the first two classes on my blog... http://nancyscreativemess.blogspot.com
I'm going to the Calgary Classic this weekend (an event organized through SCS) and my plan is to work on Christmas cards so there should be more coming! __________________ Cheers!
