Good Scrappy Monday morning to you! Are you ready for some inspiration to kick off your scrapbooking this week? Jenn is off on a mini-vacation & asked me to fill-in for her!
This week's inspiration came from a FUNNY moment. My DH & I for the last couple of weekends have been very busy out trying to "clean up" our yard from Hurricane Ike. Here in OH we only get high winds and some rain which knocked out power and took down limbs. We have a HUGE yard full of trees so...we've had our work cut out for us trying to get all the limbs and broken branches removed. As we were out working in the beautiful 70 degree weather finishing the clean up, my DH said to me, "Once we get this done, you should get out here and take more pictures of our yard. It's really pretty, especially in the Fall!" He's so right but at that moment "click", I knew I had the idea for the Inspiration Challenge this week! ;)
Your challenge for this week is to get out your "landscape" pictures & show off that GREAT Scenery! Let's see all those GORGEOUS places you have visited! It may also, just be your backyard! Let's see the LOVELY LANDSCAPES that have inspired you. What a beautiful world we live in, let's not forget those great places!
Now it's your turn! Be sure to use the keywords IFC10 for all layouts submitted for this challenge. And don't forget to post a link in this thread to your creation!

Awesome challenge, Lela!! I totally need to get out and take some pictures of our fall colors, too. And I feel for you with the branches - we have two huge piles of branches, sticks, twigs... all from lovely Ike. Just thank goodness that's all the trouble we had from it

I was so thankful it was just branches and we were able to get out the other limbs and trees that needed to w/o too much damage. It's SO Beautiful here right now!!

Beautiful Northern MI Photos! My DH grew up in Traverse City so we have taken the Fall Train ride up through there but haven't gone farther north during Autumn. I look forward to seeing more!

I found some more picts of Mackinaw Island I want to scrap. What a beautiful place! Today it's raining here so Fall color will be intensified next week! It's coming to OH soon

I was so happy that Lela chose Lovely Landscapes for the challenge this week as I had started this dps before I went on my mini vacation and it works perfectly for this challenge. I just needed to push myself to finish it.
So here it is:
My DH took me to Toronto for my birthday so we could attend two Toronto Blue Jays games. We had dinner at the top of the CN Tower -- the sunset was breathtakingly beautiful. The skyline of the harbour at night was incredible.
